{"id":2889,"date":"2020-07-17T01:39:44","date_gmt":"2020-07-17T01:39:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=2889"},"modified":"2020-08-03T07:57:43","modified_gmt":"2020-08-03T07:57:43","slug":"aluminum-alloy-modification-process","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-modification-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de modification des alliages d'aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les param\u00e8tres du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de modification des alliages d'aluminium sont les suivants : temp\u00e9rature de modification, dur\u00e9e de modification, type d'agent de modification et dosage.<\/p>\n<h2>Temp\u00e9rature de m\u00e9tamorphisme<\/h2>\n<p>Une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/modification-treatment-technology\/\">Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de modification des alliages d'aluminium<\/a>, le taux de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration du sodium est \u00e9lev\u00e9, la vitesse de modification est rapide et le r\u00e9sultat est satisfaisant. Cependant, la temp\u00e9rature de m\u00e9tamorphose ne doit pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, car une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e augmenterait consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019oxydation et le pi\u00e9geage de l\u2019aluminium fondu, et augmenterait la teneur en impuret\u00e9s de fer dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie du creuset. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la temp\u00e9rature de m\u00e9tamorphose doit \u00eatre choisie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e. Cela permet d\u2019\u00e9viter une temp\u00e9rature de m\u00e9tamorphose trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, de r\u00e9duire le temps n\u00e9cessaire au r\u00e9glage de la temp\u00e9rature apr\u00e8s la m\u00e9tamorphose, et contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019effet de m\u00e9tamorphose ainsi que la qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9tallurgique de l\u2019aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<h2>Dur\u00e9e de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration<\/h2>\n<p>Plus la temp\u00e9rature de modification est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et plus le contact entre l'aluminium liquide et l'agent de modification est optimal, plus le temps de modification requis dans le cadre du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de modification des alliages d'aluminium est court. La dur\u00e9e de modification doit \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'issue d'essais men\u00e9s en fonction des conditions sp\u00e9cifiques. Si la dur\u00e9e de modification est trop courte, la r\u00e9action de modification sera incompl\u00e8te ; si elle est trop longue, cela augmentera la perte par combustion de l'agent de modification et favorisera l'inhalation et l'oxydation de l'alliage.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps de traitement se compose de deux phases : le temps d'application de l'agent de modification, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, et le temps de pressage, qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_2885\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2885\" style=\"width: 500px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2885\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Sr\u53d8\u8d28\u5242.jpg\" alt=\"Technologie de traitement par modification des prot\u00e9ines de surface\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Sr\u53d8\u8d28\u5242.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Sr\u53d8\u8d28\u5242-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-2885\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Modificateur senior<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Type de modificateur et posologie<\/h2>\n<p>La nature et la quantit\u00e9 de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/strontium-modifier\/\">modificateur<\/a> doivent \u00eatre choisis en fonction du type d'alliage, du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de coul\u00e9e et des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de contr\u00f4le de la structure. Le choix d'un effet de modification non toxique, non polluant et durable constitue l'orientation actuelle du d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie de fusion des alliages d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la pratique industrielle, il faut tenir compte du fait que la r\u00e9action du modificateur peut \u00eatre incompl\u00e8te ; par cons\u00e9quent, la quantit\u00e9 de modificateur ne doit pas \u00eatre trop faible, sous peine d\u2019obtenir un effet de modification insuffisant. Cependant, la quantit\u00e9 de modificateur ne doit pas non plus \u00eatre excessive, car un exc\u00e8s entra\u00eenerait une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration excessive. Par cons\u00e9quent, la quantit\u00e9 de modificateur utilis\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e entre 1% et 3% par rapport au poids de la charge. En production, l\u2019ajout de 2% suffit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 garantir un bon effet de d\u00e9formation. Pour les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en m\u00e9tal, la quantit\u00e9 de modificateur peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e. Lors de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un modificateur universel, outre l\u2019effet de modification, il convient \u00e9galement de prendre en compte les exigences relatives \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de couverture et d\u2019affinage de ce modificateur. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le dosage du modificateur est compris entre 21 TP3T et 31 TP3T par rapport au poids de l\u2019aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<h2>Inspection pr\u00e9alable au passage au four dans le cadre d'un traitement de m\u00e9tamorphisme<\/h2>\n<p>Verser l'\u00e9chantillon, le d\u00e9mouler apr\u00e8s refroidissement, puis \u00e9valuer le degr\u00e9 de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration en fonction de l'aspect de la cassure. Si la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration est insuffisante, les grains sont grossiers, la cassure est grise et sombre, et des grains de silicium brillants sont visibles. Si la m\u00e9tamorphose est normale, les grains sont fins, la fracture pr\u00e9sente un aspect velout\u00e9 blanc et ne comporte aucun point brillant de grains de silicium.
