L'hydrog\u00e8ne produit par la r\u00e9action des composants de l'aluminium liquide et de l'alliage d'aluminium avec l'humidit\u00e9 contenue dans les mat\u00e9riaux du four, les produits de combustion des mati\u00e8res organiques et le moule est absorb\u00e9 par l'aluminium liquide. La mani\u00e8re d'\u00e9liminer l'hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium liquide est la principale pr\u00e9occupation des fonderies d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<h2>L'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium liquide<\/h2>\n<p>Plus la temp\u00e9rature de la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus la quantit\u00e9 d'hydrog\u00e8ne absorb\u00e9e est importante ; \u00e0 700 \u2103, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne pour 100 g d'aluminium est comprise entre 0,5 et 0,9 ; lorsque la temp\u00e9rature est port\u00e9e \u00e0 850 \u2103, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est multipli\u00e9e par 2 \u00e0 3. En pr\u00e9sence d\u2019impuret\u00e9s de m\u00e9taux alcalins, la solubilit\u00e9 de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019aluminium fondu augmente consid\u00e9rablement.<\/p>\n<p>Outre le gettering qui se produit pendant la fusion, les alliages d\u2019aluminium moul\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e8rent \u00e9galement du gettering lors de la coul\u00e9e dans le moule. Lorsque le m\u00e9tal liquide p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le moule, sa temp\u00e9rature diminue, ce qui r\u00e9duit la solubilit\u00e9 du gaz ; l\u2019exc\u00e8s de gaz se pr\u00e9cipite et une partie de celui-ci ne peut s\u2019\u00e9chapper. Des pores se forment alors dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9s \u201c piq\u00fbres \u201d. Le gaz s\u2019associe parfois \u00e0 la cavit\u00e9 de retrait, et le gaz pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 dans l\u2019aluminium liquide reste dans cette cavit\u00e9. Si la pression g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la bulle est importante, la surface du pore est lisse et un cercle de couches brillantes entoure le pore. Si la pression g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la bulle est faible, la surface interne du trou est rid\u00e9e et ressemble \u00e0 une \u201c patte de mouche \u201d. Une observation attentive permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence les caract\u00e9ristiques du retrait.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5602\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Remove-Hydrogen.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c9liminer l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Remove-Hydrogen.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Remove-Hydrogen-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Plus la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne du m\u00e9tal fondu de l'alliage d'aluminium est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le nombre de microperforations dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e est important. Les microperforations pr\u00e9sentes dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium r\u00e9duisent non seulement l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion des pi\u00e8ces, mais elles diminuent \u00e9galement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage. La cl\u00e9 pour obtenir des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium sans pores ou avec tr\u00e8s peu de pores r\u00e9side dans les conditions de fusion. L'ajout d'un agent de recouvrement pendant la fusion afin de prot\u00e9ger l'alliage permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la quantit\u00e9 d'air absorb\u00e9e. L'affinage de la masse d'aluminium en fusion permet de contr\u00f4ler efficacement la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de celle-ci.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment \u00e9liminer l'hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium fondu<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, pour \u00e9liminer les microperforations dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en alliage d'aluminium, les m\u00e9thodes les plus courantes consistent \u00e0 d\u00e9gazer les sels de chlorure et les chlorures pendant le processus de fusion : d\u00e9gazage au chlore et \u00e0 l'azote, d\u00e9gazage sous vide, d\u00e9gazage par ultrasons, d\u00e9gazage par filtration, etc. AdTech propose la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/online-degassing-device\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage en ligne<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a> pour l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium fondu.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aluminum alloys easily absorb gas and are the main characteristics of cast aluminum alloys.
