{"id":2906,"date":"2020-07-18T03:36:16","date_gmt":"2020-07-18T03:36:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=2906"},"modified":"2020-10-14T08:51:48","modified_gmt":"2020-10-14T08:51:48","slug":"refining-and-degassing-in-aluminum-alloy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-and-degassing-in-aluminum-alloy\/","title":{"rendered":"Affinage et d\u00e9gazage des alliages d'aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lors de la fusion d'un alliage d'aluminium, le processus d'affinage et de d\u00e9gazage est n\u00e9cessaire pour dissoudre l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium en fusion, ce qui permet de mieux contr\u00f4ler l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne par l'alliage d'aluminium pendant le processus de fusion.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique industrielle montre que l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne par l'aluminium liquide s'effectue \u00e0 la surface ; ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est non seulement li\u00e9 \u00e0 la pression partielle \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium liquide, mais d\u00e9pend aussi, dans une plus large mesure, de la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l'alliage et de la dur\u00e9e de fusion. Plus la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l\u2019alliage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le temps de fusion et le temps de maintien de l\u2019aluminium fondu sont longs, plus l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne a le temps de se diffuser dans l\u2019aluminium, plus la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne absorb\u00e9e par l\u2019aluminium est importante, et plus le risque de formation de piq\u00fbres est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Une exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e \u00e0 ce sujet. Plus la dur\u00e9e de maintien de l\u2019aluminium fondu est longue, plus la teneur en gaz de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium augmente de mani\u00e8re approximativement proportionnelle. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans le cadre d\u2019une production en s\u00e9rie, afin de r\u00e9duire l\u2019absorption d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pendant la fusion de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium, il est indispensable de respecter strictement les consignes relatives au processus de fusion de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5586\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Refining-and-Degassing-in-Aluminum-Alloy.jpg\" alt=\"Affinage et d\u00e9gazage des alliages d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Refining-and-Degassing-in-Aluminum-Alloy.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Refining-and-Degassing-in-Aluminum-Alloy-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Affinage et d\u00e9gazage des alliages d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>R\u00e9duire la teneur en gaz de l'eau d'aluminium et emp\u00eacher qu'une grande quantit\u00e9 de gaz ne provoque la formation de pores \u00e0 la surface de pr\u00e9cipitation de l'alliage d'aluminium pendant la solidification. Tel est l'objectif de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-refining-principle-and-method\/\">raffinage et d\u00e9gazage<\/a> dans le processus de fusion des alliages d'aluminium. Si la teneur en gaz de l'aluminium fondu est r\u00e9duite d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, la quantit\u00e9 de gaz d\u00e9gag\u00e9e lors de la solidification sera moindre, et le nombre de bulles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es sera r\u00e9duit, voire consid\u00e9rablement diminu\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, l'affinage des alliages d'aluminium constitue un moyen technologique tr\u00e8s important. Si la qualit\u00e9 de l'affinage est bonne, la porosit\u00e9 sera forc\u00e9ment moindre ; si elle est m\u00e9diocre, la porosit\u00e9 sera forc\u00e9ment plus importante.<\/p>\n<p>Pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 du raffinage, il faut avant tout utiliser un bon agent de raffinage. Un bon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-agent-flux\/\">agent de raffinage<\/a> peut r\u00e9agir \u00e0 660 \u00b0C pour produire des bulles. Les bulles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es ne sont pas trop violentes, mais se forment de mani\u00e8re uniforme et continue. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'adsorption physique, ces bulles sont en contact total avec l'aluminium en fusion. Plus la dur\u00e9e est longue, mieux c'est ; la dur\u00e9e de barbotage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 6 \u00e0 8 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque l'alliage d'aluminium est refroidi \u00e0 300 \u00b0C, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans cet alliage n'est que de 0,001 cm\u00b3\/100 g, voire moins. \u00c0 ce stade, elle ne repr\u00e9sente que 1\/700e de celle \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide. Les pores g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la pr\u00e9cipitation de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne apr\u00e8s la solidification sont dispers\u00e9s, et ces minuscules piq\u00fbres n\u2019ont pas d\u2019incidence sur le gaz ni sur la surface usin\u00e9e. Elles sont pratiquement invisibles \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il nu. Lorsque l\u2019aluminium liquide se solidifie, les bulles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par la pr\u00e9cipitation de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sont relativement volumineuses. Situ\u00e9es principalement au c\u0153ur de la pi\u00e8ce, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019aluminium liquide se solidifie en dernier, ces bulles, bien qu\u2019elles soient \u00e9galement dispers\u00e9es,
