Le processus de filtration et de purification de la mousse d'aluminium par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/foam-ceramic-material\/\">c\u00e9ramiques alv\u00e9olaires<\/a> sont tr\u00e8s compliqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9canisme de filtration en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/h2>\n<p>1. Gr\u00e2ce au tamisage par filtrage inertiel et par interception, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la filtration m\u00e9canique due au frottement, \u00e0 la s\u00e9dimentation et \u00e0 d\u2019autres ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de filtration est directement proportionnelle \u00e0 la taille des mailles du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-plate\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>. Plus les mailles sont fines, plus la capacit\u00e9 d'interception des petites particules est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>2. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de particules dans la masse fondue et \u00e0 la surface irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re des parois de la grille de support, la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention des particules h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>3. La surface rugueuse form\u00e9e par les interstices \u00e0 la surface de l'\u00e9chafaudage augmente la surface d'interface entre le flux d'aluminium liquide et la surface solide en c\u00e9ramique, ce qui rend la direction d'\u00e9coulement des particules dans le flux d'aluminium liquide plus d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e, ce qui favorise la capture et le d\u00e9p\u00f4t des particules solides.<\/p>\n<p>4. Le choix de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/high-grade-foam-ceramic-filter-plate\/\">plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e<\/a> est d'abord d\u00e9termin\u00e9e en fonction de la teneur en impuret\u00e9s de l'aluminium fondu, du d\u00e9bit d'injection de la masse fondue et des exigences de qualit\u00e9 du produit moul\u00e9 final.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les impuret\u00e9s sont nombreuses et la qualit\u00e9 des produits de coul\u00e9e est moyenne. Il est possible d'opter pour une grande plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e, dot\u00e9e de larges alv\u00e9oles. \u00c0 ce stade, il est important de filtrer au pr\u00e9alable la coul\u00e9e semi-continue \u00e0 l'aide d'un tissu en fibre de verre. Si le d\u00e9bit est \u00e9lev\u00e9, que le d\u00e9bit total est important et que la taille des alv\u00e9oles de la plaque filtrante est petite, on opte pour des caract\u00e9ristiques techniques plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Le choix d'un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/high-grade-foam-ceramic-filter-plate\/\">plaque filtrante en fonte d'aluminium<\/a> Il faut \u00e9galement observer sa couleur, caresser son corps, br\u00fbler l'objet.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La couleur est pure et exempte d'impuret\u00e9s, ce qui indique que le mat\u00e9riau est homog\u00e8ne ; si la main ne reste pas coll\u00e9e, cela signifie que la surface n'est pas recouverte de colle, ce qui \u00e9vite toute pollution secondaire.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque l'on tient la plaque filtrante d'une main et que l'on tape dessus avec l'autre, des r\u00e9sidus de c\u00e9ramsite tombent en continu, ce qui indique que la plaque filtrante est de mauvaise qualit\u00e9 et qu'elle entra\u00eenera une pollution secondaire de l'aluminium en fusion.<\/li>\n<li>Il s'agit d'une plaque filtrante de bonne qualit\u00e9 qui peut \u00eatre chauff\u00e9e au feu ouvert ou \u00e0 l'aide d'un chauffage \u00e9lectrique, puis refroidie imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante sans se fissurer ni former de scories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Lors du choix des filtres, il convient d'\u00e9valuer avec soin la surface effective ou la porosit\u00e9 de la mousse.
