Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 initialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour les alliages d'aluminium de haute puret\u00e9 destin\u00e9s au forgeage, o\u00f9 des exigences strictes en mati\u00e8re de propret\u00e9 sont essentielles pour des applications telles que les canettes et couvercles en aluminium, les feuilles d'aluminium, les mat\u00e9riaux d'extrusion pour l'a\u00e9rospatiale, les plaques \u00e9lectroniques, les composants forg\u00e9s et les fils m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"991\">Au d\u00e9but, les filtres en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e \u00e9taient principalement utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en aluminium de haute qualit\u00e9 destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l'industrie a\u00e9rospatiale, o\u00f9 l'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration avait une incidence directe sur les performances et la fiabilit\u00e9 des produits. \u00c0 mesure que la technologie de moulage de l'aluminium a \u00e9volu\u00e9, ces filtres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement adopt\u00e9s dans le moulage commercial et les applications automobiles, o\u00f9 ils jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la r\u00e9duction des inclusions, l'am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de surface et l'optimisation des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1186\">Aujourd'hui, les filtres en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme une solution incontournable dans les syst\u00e8mes de filtration de l'aluminium ; ils permettent aux fonderies d'assurer une production stable, de r\u00e9duire les taux de fonderie d'aluminium, mais leur v\u00e9ritable int\u00e9r\u00eat est souvent mal compris.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"422\">La plupart des descriptions se limitent \u00e0 \u201c l'\u00e9limination des inclusions \u201d.\u201d<br data-start=\"367\" data-end=\"370\" \/>Dans la pratique, ce qui importe aux fonderies est tout autre :<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"535\">\ud83d\udc49 <strong data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"478\">Ce filtre peut-il rendre ma production plus stable ?<\/strong><br data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"481\" \/>\ud83d\udc49 <strong d'op\u00e9rations r\u00e9elles de moulage, les filtres en c\u00e9ramique expans\u00e9e permettent de r\u00e9soudre trois probl\u00e8mes concrets :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"771\">\n<li par essais et erreurs<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"238\">La plupart des essais et erreurs en mati\u00e8re de filtration ne sont pas dus au filtre lui-m\u00eame, mais \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont il est choisi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"240\" data-end=\"466\">Dans de nombreux cas, les filtres sont choisis uniquement en fonction de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques techniques \u2014 telles que le PPI ou l'\u00e9paisseur \u2014 sans tenir compte des conditions r\u00e9elles de fonctionnement. D\u00e9bit trop lent ou remplissage incomplet<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"4532\" data-end=\"4594\">\n<li data-start=\"4532\" data-end=\"4562\">R\u00e9sistance du filtre trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4594\">Incoh\u00e9rence entre le PPI et le d\u00e9bit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49Conseils : De nombreux probl\u00e8mes de filtration sont souvent attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 tort au filtre, alors qu'ils sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 dus \u00e0 une inad\u00e9quation du proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation des filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique : l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la plupart des d\u00e9faillances se produisent<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"273\">L'installation est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une \u00e9tape simple, mais dans la pratique, elle peut \u00eatre d\u00e9terminante pour le bon fonctionnement d'un filtre en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"320\">Un projet ant\u00e9rieur l'a clairement d\u00e9montr\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"617\">Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2020, un client russe a achet\u00e9 30 filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique PPI (12\u2033 \u00d7 12\u2033 \u00d7 2\u2033, soit 1 200 pi\u00e8ces) destin\u00e9s \u00e0 une ligne de coul\u00e9e par gravit\u00e9. Peu apr\u00e8s leur installation, il a signal\u00e9 que les performances de filtration ne r\u00e9pondaient pas \u00e0 ses attentes : des d\u00e9fauts persistaient et la consommation de filtres \u00e9tait sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la normale.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"685\">Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 la situation sur place, la cause premi\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"883\">\n<li data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"747\">Les filtres n'\u00e9taient pas correctement fix\u00e9s dans leur logement.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"803\">Aucun mat\u00e9riau d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9 sur les bords<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"883\">L'aluminium en fusion a partiellement contourn\u00e9 le filtre au lieu de le traverser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1013\">Par cons\u00e9quent, m\u00eame si les filtres eux-m\u00eames fonctionnaient correctement, <strong data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1012\">une partie de la masse fondue n'a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 filtr\u00e9e du tout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1061\">Cette affaire a entra\u00een\u00e9 un changement interne majeur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1149\">\ud83d\udc49 Depuis lors, nous avons uniformis\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois la conception des produits
