L'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans les alliages d'aluminium provient principalement de la vapeur d'eau contenue dans les gaz du four. La teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium liquide augmente avec l'augmentation de la pression partielle d'hydrog\u00e8ne et de la temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines des inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse fondue d'aluminium et d'alliages d'aluminium proviennent directement du four, tandis que la plupart se forment au cours des op\u00e9rations de fusion et de coul\u00e9e ; il s'agit principalement d'inclusions d'oxyde. Les particules d\u2019inclusions de grande taille rendent la structure de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e discontinue, r\u00e9duisent l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce, constituent un foyer de corrosion, diminuent consid\u00e9rablement la r\u00e9sistance et la plasticit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux, et sont souvent \u00e0 l\u2019origine de fissures.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, les inclusions fines r\u00e9parties dans la masse fondue d\u2019aluminium augmentent la viscosit\u00e9 de celle-ci, ce qui r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019alimentation de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium et favorise la formation de cavit\u00e9s de retrait ou de porosit\u00e9. Dans le cas des alliages d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance, cela r\u00e9duit leur r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et leur fiabilit\u00e9, affecte gravement leur qualit\u00e9 de surface et leur qualit\u00e9 interne, ce qui se traduit par un faible taux de produits finis, voire par la mise au rebut de lots entiers. Il est donc tr\u00e8s important de contr\u00f4ler la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne, les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments nuisibles pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019aluminium et ses alliages en fusion, en recourant \u00e0 certains principes physiques et chimiques ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des mesures de processus efficaces correspondantes.<\/p>\n<p>Les technologies de purification utilis\u00e9es dans les fours peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9es en deux cat\u00e9gories : les technologies de purification par adsorption et les technologies de purification sans adsorption. La premi\u00e8re cat\u00e9gorie comprend principalement la purge au gaz inerte, la purge au gaz actif, la purge au m\u00e9lange de gaz (N\u2082-Cl\u2082 ou N\u2082-Cl\u2082-CO), la purification par sels de chlore, la purification \u00e0 l'aide d'agents de raffinage non toxiques et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/flux-refining-process\/\">affinage par flux<\/a>. Le traitement en four est un processus essentiel de purification de la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium, qui joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans l'\u00e9limination des scories et de l'oxyg\u00e8ne de la masse fondue d'aluminium.
