Les op\u00e9rateurs les retirent \u00e0 la surface, notent leur poids, puis passent \u00e0 autre chose. Mais ce que l'on oublie souvent, c'est que :<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"541\">Les scories ne sont pas simplement des d\u00e9chets : elles repr\u00e9sentent une perte quantifiable de m\u00e9tal utilisable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Du point de vue des processus, l'objectif n'est pas d'\u00e9liminer totalement les impuret\u00e9s (ce qui est impossible), mais de <strong data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"698\">r\u00e9duire au minimum la quantit\u00e9 d'aluminium qui s'y trouve<\/strong>. de la tension superficielle<\/h3>\n<p>Le flux r\u00e9duit la force d'adh\u00e9rence entre les gouttelettes d'aluminium et les films d'oxyde.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9gulation thermique<\/h3>\n<p>Permet de maintenir une temp\u00e9rature de surface stable, ce qui limite l'oxydation rapide.<\/p>\n<h3>Restructuration des scories<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2810\">Transforme les scories collantes et denses en une structure meuble et granuleuse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"3016\"><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s40962-023-01256-7\" La pratique habituelle consistait \u00e0 ajouter du fondant par \u201c d\u00e9versement ponctuel \u201d pr\u00e8s du bord du four, suivi d'un brassage manuel intensif.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"675\">En cons\u00e9quence, les scories \u00e9taient lourdes, collantes et contenaient visiblement de l'aluminium m\u00e9tallique.
