Parmi ceux-ci, le chlorure pr\u00e9sente une forte capacit\u00e9 d\u2019absorption d\u2019eau et est facilement sensible \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res utilis\u00e9es dans la production de flux doivent \u00eatre s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, l\u2019eau doit en \u00eatre soigneusement \u00e9limin\u00e9e et l\u2019emballage doit \u00eatre herm\u00e9tique. Il convient d\u2019\u00e9viter tout dommage pendant le transport et le stockage, et de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 la date de fabrication. Si la dur\u00e9e de stockage est trop longue, une absorption d\u2019humidit\u00e9 se produira \u00e9galement. Lors de la fusion d\u2019alliages d\u2019aluminium, si le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux<\/a> tels que <strong>d\u00e9capeur de scories<\/strong>, <strong>agent de raffinage<\/strong>, <strong>agent de recouvrement<\/strong> Utilis\u00e9 pour absorber l'humidit\u00e9, le liquide d'aluminium pr\u00e9sente diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s d'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>La fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium constitue l'une des \u00e9tapes les plus importantes du processus de fabrication de barres moul\u00e9es de haute qualit\u00e9. Si elle n'est pas correctement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, divers d\u00e9fauts de coul\u00e9e, tels que des inclusions de scories, des pores, une structure granulaire grossi\u00e8re, etc., appara\u00eetront dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e ; il est donc indispensable de la contr\u00f4ler rigoureusement.<\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de fusion d'un alliage d'aluminium doit id\u00e9alement \u00eatre maintenue entre 750 et 760 degr\u00e9s. Une temp\u00e9rature trop basse favorise la formation d'inclusions de scories, tandis qu'une temp\u00e9rature trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e augmente l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne, l'oxydation et les pertes par nitruration. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium fondu augmente fortement au-del\u00e0 de 760 degr\u00e9s. Il existe de nombreux moyens de r\u00e9duire l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne, tels que le s\u00e9chage des fours de fusion et des outils de fusion, ainsi que la pr\u00e9vention de l'utilisation de flux granulaires humides ou alt\u00e9r\u00e9s. La temp\u00e9rature de fusion est l'un des facteurs les plus sensibles. Une temp\u00e9rature de fusion excessive entra\u00eene non seulement un gaspillage d\u2019\u00e9nergie et une augmentation des co\u00fbts, mais constitue \u00e9galement une cause directe de la formation de pores et de grains grossiers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3987\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Granular-Flux-1.jpg\" alt=\"Flux granulaire\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Granular-Flux-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Granular-Flux-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Flux granulaire<\/h2>\n<p>Il est tr\u00e8s important de choisir un bon flux granulaire et un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/flux-refining-process\/\">proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de raffinage<\/a>. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, la plupart des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'affinage des alliages d'aluminium recourent \u00e0 l'affinage par pulv\u00e9risation de poudre. Cette m\u00e9thode de raffinage permet un contact optimal entre l\u2019agent de raffinage et l\u2019aluminium liquide, ce qui permet \u00e0 l\u2019agent de raffinage d\u2019exercer son efficacit\u00e9 maximale. Bien que cet avantage soit \u00e9vident, il convient \u00e9galement de pr\u00eater attention au processus de raffinage, faute de quoi l\u2019effet escompt\u00e9 ne sera pas obtenu. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d\u2019utiliser de l\u2019azote sous pression dans le raffinage par pulv\u00e9risation de poudre.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'azote utilis\u00e9 dans le raffinage n'est pas de l'azote de haute puret\u00e9 (99,99%N2), plus on injecte d'azote dans l'aluminium fondu, plus l'humidit\u00e9 contenue dans l'azote provoquera l'oxydation de l'aluminium fondu et l'absorption d'une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d'hydrog\u00e8ne. De plus, la pression de l\u2019azote est \u00e9lev\u00e9e et les vagues de convection g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019aluminium fondu sont importantes, ce qui augmente le risque d\u2019oxydation et d\u2019inclusion de scories.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'on utilise de l'azote de haute puret\u00e9 pour l'affinage, la pression d'affinage est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, les bulles g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es sont volumineuses, la pouss\u00e9e hydrostatique de ces grosses bulles dans l'aluminium en fusion est importante, les bulles remontent rapidement, le temps de s\u00e9jour dans l'aluminium en fusion est court, et l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne est m\u00e9diocre, ce qui entra\u00eene un gaspillage. L\u2019azote augmente les co\u00fbts. Il convient donc d\u2019utiliser moins d\u2019azote et davantage d\u2019agent d\u2019affinage ; l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une plus grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019agent d\u2019affinage ne pr\u00e9sente que des avantages, sans aucun inconv\u00e9nient.
