Il permet d'obtenir un m\u00e9tal liquide pur. AdTech propose <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux<\/a> En mati\u00e8re de fusion et d'affinage, ils permettent de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me des pertes par combustion excessives et de la pollution par les gaz r\u00e9siduaires caus\u00e9es par la r\u00e9action chimique des fondants traditionnels dans le bain d'alliage en fusion.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne l'hydrog\u00e8ne et les inclusions qui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans l'aluminium fondu, seules les m\u00e9thodes de \u201c vidange \u201d et de \u201c dissolution \u201d peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es. Au cours du processus de solidification d'un alliage d'aluminium moul\u00e9, la solubilit\u00e9 de l'hydrog\u00e8ne diminue \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature baisse. Il est donc impossible de tenter de dissoudre partiellement, voire compl\u00e8tement, l'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium fondu au sein de la matrice de l'alliage pendant la solidification.<\/p>\n<p>L'affinage par fusion est l'un des moyens les plus courants et les plus efficaces pour obtenir un m\u00e9tal liquide pur. L'obtention d'un bain de fusion d'alliage d'aluminium pur est la garantie et la condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l'obtention de pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es en alliage d'aluminium de haute qualit\u00e9. L'hydrog\u00e8ne est la principale source de porosit\u00e9 dans les alliages d'aluminium. Il est essentiel de bien comprendre l'origine des pores (notamment la source d'hydrog\u00e8ne, son mode d'introduction dans l'aluminium fondu, la forme sous laquelle il se pr\u00e9sente dans l'aluminium fondu et son mode d'\u00e9limination). La compr\u00e9hension du processus de formation des pores et des principaux facteurs qui l'influencent constitue la condition pr\u00e9alable fondamentale pour mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures d'affinage efficaces.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4032\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Melting-Refining.jpg\" alt=\"Fusion et affinage\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Melting-Refining.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Melting-Refining-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lors de la fusion d\u2019un alliage d\u2019aluminium, la concentration en hydrog\u00e8ne dans l\u2019air entourant le m\u00e9tal est faible. C'est pourquoi de nombreux chercheurs estiment que l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne provient principalement de l'eau pr\u00e9sente dans l'air. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9passe 400 \u2103, l'aluminium et la vapeur d'eau pr\u00e9sente dans l'air produisent des atomes d'hydrog\u00e8ne et des mol\u00e9cules d'hydrog\u00e8ne. Les premiers sont absorb\u00e9s par l'aluminium liquide, tandis que les secondes sont rejet\u00e9es dans l'air.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la production d'hydrog\u00e8ne, il se forme une couche d'oxyde r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la rupture, ce qui permet d'emp\u00eacher dans une certaine mesure la r\u00e9action d\u00e9crite ci-dessus. Seuls deux facteurs influencent l'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne par l'aluminium fondu : (1) la teneur en vapeur d'eau pr\u00e9sente autour de l'aluminium fondu ; (2) l'\u00e9paisseur de la couche d'oxyde sur l'aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de la variation constante de la teneur en humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air, la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de l\u2019aluminium fondu varie \u00e9galement en permanence, et le nombre de pores \u00e9volue en cons\u00e9quence. La teneur en humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air est comprise entre 3 et 4 g\/m\u00b3 en hiver et sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 18 g\/m\u00b3 en \u00e9t\u00e9. Par cons\u00e9quent, c\u2019est en \u00e9t\u00e9, lorsque l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, que la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente le plus grand nombre de pores. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un film d\u2019oxyde dense \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium en fusion ralentit consid\u00e9rablement la vitesse de r\u00e9action entre l\u2019aluminium et la vapeur d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du processus de cristallisation du m\u00e9tal, les atomes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, les mol\u00e9cules d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et les hydrures se pr\u00e9cipitent sous diff\u00e9rentes formes. Les atomes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne se diffusent vers la surface du m\u00e9tal, puis quittent l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019adsorption (\u00e9vaporation). Les mol\u00e9cules d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne sont \u00e9limin\u00e9es du m\u00e9tal en fusion sous forme de bulles. Les hydrures sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s sous forme d\u2019inclusions non m\u00e9talliques. Lorsque des bulles remontent \u00e0 la surface du m\u00e9tal en fusion, certaines d\u2019entre elles ne parviennent pas \u00e0 atteindre l\u2019interface et restent dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de trous dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le probl\u00e8me des inclusions dans l'aluminium r\u00e9duit et l'aluminium fondu peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9 sous trois angles : la pr\u00e9vention, l'\u00e9mission et la dissolution.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d'\u00e9viter autant que possible que la charge du four n'absorbe de l'humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9limination des inclusions d'hydrog\u00e8ne et d'oxyde pr\u00e9sentes dans l'aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la solidification, l'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium fondu doit \u00eatre dissous autant que possible dans la matrice de l'alliage, afin d'\u00e9viter la formation de pores.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Melting refining is one way to reduce the amount of hydrogen and inclusions entering the molten aluminum.
