On utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un fondant pour l'affinage dans le four. En fonction de la capacit\u00e9 de fusion du creuset et du poids de la charge, celle-ci, ainsi que les lingots d'alliage, l'alliage m\u00e8re et le m\u00e9tal pur, sont ajout\u00e9s au creuset soit un par un, soit simultan\u00e9ment, puis chauff\u00e9s pour les faire fondre. Lors de l'ajout de magn\u00e9sium, le bloc de magn\u00e9sium est enfonc\u00e9 dans la partie inf\u00e9rieure du bain d'alliage \u00e0 l'aide d'un couvercle en forme de cloche, puis le tout est lentement mis en rotation et remu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne ; une fois tout le magn\u00e9sium fondu, le couvercle en forme de cloche est retir\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la charge enti\u00e8rement fondue, lorsque la temp\u00e9rature du bain d'alliage atteint 690 \u00e0 740 \u2103, introduisez le flux d'affinage dans le bain d'alliage en deux ou trois fois (\u00e0 une distance de 10 \u00e0 15 cm du fond du creuset) \u00e0 l'aide d'une cloche, faites tourner lentement jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la r\u00e9action cesse, puis retirez la cloche. Lorsque le temps est humide ou que la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer est importante, la limite sup\u00e9rieure de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a> Le dosage d\u00e9pend de l'effet de raffinage.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le processus d'affinage de l'alliage d'aluminium, on le laisse reposer pendant 10 \u00e0 20 minutes, puis on \u00e9limine les scories \u00e0 la surface du bain d'alliage, avant de transf\u00e9rer ce dernier dans le four de maintien ou de le couler directement. Tout au long du processus de fusion et de coul\u00e9e, la temp\u00e9rature de l'alliage liquide ne doit pas \u00eatre trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e et ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 750 \u00b0C pendant une courte dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4037\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Refining-Process-of-Aluminum-Alloy-1.jpg\" alt=\"Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#039;affinage d&#039;un alliage d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Refining-Process-of-Aluminum-Alloy-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Refining-Process-of-Aluminum-Alloy-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de fusion et de coul\u00e9e de l'alliage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite autant que possible et ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 8 heures, depuis le d\u00e9but de la fusion de l'alliage jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de la coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps de s\u00e9jour de l'alliage liquide affin\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la coul\u00e9e ou le moulage sous pression ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 4 heures ; dans le cas contraire, un affinage compl\u00e9mentaire doit \u00eatre effectu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature d'affinage est identique \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e. La quantit\u00e9 de fondant d'affinage est comprise entre 0,2 et 0,41 TP3T du poids r\u00e9siduel du liquide d'alliage. La perte de magn\u00e9sium doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e lors de l'affinage de l'alliage d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du processus de coul\u00e9e, il ne faut pas ajouter \u00e0 volont\u00e9 les r\u00e9sidus de la canalisation de coul\u00e9e ou des pi\u00e8ces de rebut au m\u00e9tal en fusion ; dans le cas contraire, celui-ci devra \u00eatre raffin\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la profondeur du bain d'alliage restant au fond du creuset est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50 mm, celui-ci ne peut plus \u00eatre coul\u00e9, mais il peut \u00eatre fondu en continu par ajout de mati\u00e8re de charge ou vers\u00e9 dans un nouveau bain d'alliage.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long du processus de fusion, il est n\u00e9cessaire de limiter au maximum les dommages caus\u00e9s \u00e0 la couche d'oxyde pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 la surface de l'alliage liquide. Lors du transvasement de l'alliage liquide, il convient d'\u00e9liminer au pr\u00e9alable cette couche d'oxyde afin d'\u00e9viter que la zone oxyd\u00e9e ne se retrouve dans l'alliage liquide.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refining process of aluminum alloy is an important step in aluminum alloy casting.
