Le processus d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse s\u2019effectue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 950 et 970 \u2103, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du bain de cryolite-alumine compos\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte et d\u2019alumine ; la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019aluminium fondu dans la cellule d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse est donc d\u2019au moins 940 \u2103. Une temp\u00e9rature aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019aluminium liquide extraite de la cellule d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse, permet de maintenir l\u2019aluminium \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide suffisamment longtemps, et le r\u00e9servoir de stockage d\u2019aluminium peut \u00eatre transport\u00e9 apr\u00e8s des op\u00e9rations r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es d\u2019extraction d\u2019aluminium sur plusieurs cellules d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse. Bien qu\u2019il existe une certaine diff\u00e9rence de densit\u00e9 entre l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte \u00e0 base de sel fondu de cryolite et d\u2019alumine et l\u2019aluminium liquide \u00e0 la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature (la densit\u00e9 du premier est d\u2019environ 21 g\/cm\u00b3, celle du second d\u2019environ 23 g\/cm\u00b3), celle-ci est suffisante pour garantir la stratification de l\u2019aluminium liquide et de l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte. Mais comme cette diff\u00e9rence est tr\u00e8s faible, une petite quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte sera in\u00e9vitablement absorb\u00e9e lorsque l\u2019aluminium est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 sous vide. Outre l\u2019agitation et la circulation intenses qui ont lieu pendant le processus d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse, les mouvements brusques de l\u2019aluminium liquide provoquent une nouvelle oxydation de l\u2019aluminium dans l\u2019espace anodique, ce qui entra\u00eene la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un plus grand nombre d\u2019inclusions oxyd\u00e9es dans la masse d\u2019aluminium fondu, notamment l\u2019oxyde d\u2019aluminium d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au fond de la cellule d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse et le carbure d\u2019aluminium produit par la diffusion du carbone, ce qui augmente la teneur en diverses inclusions dans l\u2019aluminium liquide. AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/plate-filtering-unit\/\">Unit\u00e9 de filtration CFF<\/a>\u00a0sert \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les inclusions d'oxydation.<\/p>\n<p>(3) La teneur en Fe et en Si est \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Au cours du processus d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse, les impuret\u00e9s sous forme d\u2019oxydes d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 potentiel positif, telles que le SiO\u2082, le Fe\u2082O\u2083, etc., sont facilement r\u00e9duites, tandis que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments impurs r\u00e9duits, tels que le Fe et le Si, p\u00e9n\u00e8trent directement dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, ce qui diminue la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019aluminium. Elles proviennent principalement de l\u2019alumine brute, des anodes en carbone et des outils d\u2019exploitation. En particulier lorsque l\u2019alumine nationale est utilis\u00e9e comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, la teneur en Si de l\u2019alumine est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que celle de l\u2019alumine import\u00e9e, en raison du type de minerai et de la technologie de d\u00e9silication utilis\u00e9e en Chine. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l\u2019aluminium fondu contient (Si) 0,81 TP3T-101 TP3T, (Fe) 0,91 TP3T~1,11 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p>4) Teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en hydrog\u00e8ne. En raison des particularit\u00e9s du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse au palladium, la pr\u00e9sence de gaz dans l\u2019aluminium fondu est in\u00e9vitable. Ce gaz est principalement compos\u00e9 d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne, \u00e0 raison d\u2019environ 70% \u00e0 90%, et contient de faibles quantit\u00e9s de CO, CO\u2082, N\u2082 et CH\u2084. Le radon produit par la d\u00e9composition thermique des hydrocarbures de l\u2019anode est dissous par voie \u00e9lectrochimique sur l\u2019anode. Une fois que l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 a migr\u00e9 vers la cathode, il s\u2019y d\u00e9charge pour former de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. De plus, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019environnement ambiant est r\u00e9duit par la vapeur d\u2019eau provenant de l\u2019aluminium et se dissout dans celui-ci. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tat liquide, la teneur satur\u00e9e en hydrog\u00e8ne de l\u2019aluminium liquide augmente avec la temp\u00e9rature. Par exemple, elle est de 0,67 ml\/100 g Al \u00e0 660 \u00b0C, de 1,23 ml\/100 g Al \u00e0 750 \u00b0C et de 2,15 ml\/100 g Al \u00e0 850 \u00b0C. Elle est de 2,9 ml\/100 g Al \u00e0 950 \u00b0C et de 3,9 ml\/100 g Al \u00e0 1 000 \u00b0C. Au cours du processus d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse, d\u2019une part, l\u2019aluminium remplace le Na pr\u00e9sent dans la cryolite (NaAF\u2086), le fluorure de sodium (NaF) et d\u2019autres milieux. D'autre part, l'activit\u00e9 du sodium dans la masse fondue \u00e9tant sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'aluminium, du sodium se forme \u00e0 la cathode.
