Une fois le chargement termin\u00e9, la fusion commence. Pendant le processus de fusion, il est n\u00e9cessaire de veiller \u00e0 ce que la fusion soit rapide et homog\u00e8ne, et que la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la flamme soit \u00e9lev\u00e9e, d\u00e9passant les 1 200 \u2103. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute surchauffe locale et toute temp\u00e9rature excessive, l\u2019oxydation de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium causerait de s\u00e9rieux probl\u00e8mes lors de l\u2019affinage ult\u00e9rieur du produit. Il convient de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019agitation et de pousser la charge non fondue du four dans l\u2019aluminium liquide, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit presque enti\u00e8rement immerg\u00e9e dans le m\u00e9lange agit\u00e9, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter toute surchauffe locale. Pour l\u2019immersion finale du magn\u00e9sium et d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments, la flamme ne doit pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour chauffer et faire fondre directement ces derniers ; comme l\u2019aluminium liquide est immerg\u00e9 dans la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re, la temp\u00e9rature est r\u00e9duite, et le magn\u00e9sium ainsi que les autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont fondus \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature relativement basse, ce qui r\u00e9duit les pertes par combustion et am\u00e9liore le rendement de combustion.<\/p>\n<h2>Fusion d'alliages d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>L'alliage d'aluminium commence \u00e0 fondre \u00e0 environ 600 \u2103 et fond lorsqu'il est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 660 \u2103. La temp\u00e9rature de fusion ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 760 \u2103. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de fusion d\u00e9passe 770 \u2103, l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium subit une forte oxydation ; l\u2019absorption d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et les inclusions de scories augmentent pendant le processus de fusion, et des grains grossiers apparaissent lors de la coul\u00e9e et de la solidification, ce qui r\u00e9duit les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques. Afin de r\u00e9duire l\u2019oxydation de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium pendant la fusion, on ajoute entre 0,41 TP3T et 0,51 TP3T d\u2019agent de recouvrement pour prot\u00e9ger le film d\u2019oxyde d\u2019aluminium contre toute d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration. Le type de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/tundish-flux\/\">agent de recouvrement<\/a>\u00a0est similaire \u00e0 la composition chimique de l'agent de nettoyage des scories.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4554\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminium-Alloy-Melting-1.jpg\" alt=\"Fusion d&#039;alliages d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminium-Alloy-Melting-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminium-Alloy-Melting-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de fusion de l'alliage d'aluminium est maintenue entre 720 et 760 \u2103. Une fois le lingot d'aluminium fondu, on ajoute des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentant des points de fusion plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, telles que l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment Si et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-additives\/\">Agent Ti<\/a> sont ajout\u00e9s. Le titane forme des noyaux cristallins h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes dans l'alliage, ce qui contribue \u00e0 affiner la structure et \u00e0 l'incorporer dans l'aluminium fondu afin de r\u00e9duire les pertes par combustion. Une fois que le lingot d\u2019aluminium est pratiquement fondu, on ajoute des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage tels que le Mg et le Cu, qui br\u00fblent facilement. Il ne faut pas les ajouter trop t\u00f4t pour r\u00e9duire les pertes par combustion, ni trop tard, car cela affecterait la diffusion et provoquerait une s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation. Fermez la porte du four et poursuivez la fusion.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois la fusion termin\u00e9e, la surface de l'alliage d'aluminium pr\u00e9sente une importante quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9cume, compos\u00e9e principalement d'Al\u2082O\u2083 et d'autres inclusions d'oxydes. Ces fines inclusions sont plus denses que l'aluminium liquide, mais apr\u00e8s agr\u00e9gation et agglom\u00e9ration, leur densit\u00e9 devient plus faible et elles remontent \u00e0 la surface. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination des scories. Le dosage de l'agent de d\u00e9cantation est compris entre 0,21 TP3T et 0,51 TP3T ; il convient de le saupoudrer uniform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium en fusion, puis de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une agitation superficielle et homog\u00e8ne. D\u00e9poser les scories sur la porte du four, fermer la porte et laisser reposer : d\u2019une part, l\u2019agent de nettoyage des scories produit un effet thermique qui permet de faire fondre l\u2019aluminium liquide adh\u00e9rant aux scories ; d\u2019autre part, il permet de s\u00e9parer efficacement les scories de l\u2019aluminium liquide, ce qui facilite l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories d\u2019aluminium. Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes de repos, retirez d\u00e9licatement les scories d\u2019aluminium par la porte du four. La fusion des alliages d\u2019aluminium est un processus tr\u00e8s complexe. En raison des pertes au feu variables selon les \u00e9l\u00e9ments, une fois les scories \u00e9limin\u00e9es, il est n\u00e9cessaire de pr\u00e9lever un \u00e9chantillon de l\u2019aluminium en fusion pour effectuer des analyses physico-chimiques, afin de s\u2019assurer que la teneur de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment se situe bien dans la plage admissible.
