Cela s'explique peut-\u00eatre par le fait que la pression statique effective varie en raison du niveau diff\u00e9rent de mati\u00e8re fondue dans le bassin de coul\u00e9e. Pour les mailles de 10, 20 et 30 PPI <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-pal\/\">filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>, l'influence de la rugosit\u00e9 du filtre sur le comportement de remplissage a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En modifiant la rugosit\u00e9 du filtre, on peut faire varier la perte de charge au niveau de celui-ci, ce qui influe sur le d\u00e9bit final. En augmentant la rugosit\u00e9 du filtre, on peut augmenter le d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la taille du filtre et la surface filtrante effective sont \u00e9gales \u00e0 la section transversale du canal d'\u00e9coulement, la diff\u00e9rence de d\u00e9bit du filtre en mousse \u00e0 mailles est tr\u00e8s faible.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4563\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/30-PPI-Filter.jpg\" alt=\"Filtre 30 PPI\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/30-PPI-Filter.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/30-PPI-Filter-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Une autre fa\u00e7on d\u2019influencer la r\u00e9duction du d\u00e9bit pour un filtre donn\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 modifier la surface de filtration active. Cela s\u2019obtient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en augmentant la section transversale du canal d\u2019\u00e9coulement en amont et en aval du filtre. Dans le cadre de ce travail, deux surfaces de filtration actives diff\u00e9rentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es. Premi\u00e8rement, la surface de filtration active est \u00e9gale \u00e0 la section transversale du canal. Ensuite, en augmentant la profondeur du canal en amont et en aval du filtre \u00e0 20 mm, celle-ci est multipli\u00e9e par deux. Dans le cas o\u00f9 la surface de filtration active est doubl\u00e9e, la paroi en verre utilis\u00e9e n\u2019est pas en verre de SiO\u2082 fondu. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019un verre au sodium tremp\u00e9 recouvert d\u2019un film plastique.<\/p>\n<p>C'est ce qui explique la formation d'un grand nombre de bulles et la rupture du verre lors du remplissage. L'impact sur le remplissage du moule n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte, mais le frottement sur les parois pourrait \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement r\u00e9duit en raison de la pr\u00e9sence de gaz entre la masse fondue et la paroi du verre. Le transfert thermique pourrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9duit.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la position optimale du filtre se trouve directement dans le circuit d'\u00e9coulement apr\u00e8s l'abaissement.<\/p>\n<p>En augmentant la finesse du filtre, en passant d'un filtre de 30 PPI \u00e0 un filtre de 20 PPI puis \u00e0 un filtre de 10 PPI, la diminution du d\u00e9bit s'att\u00e9nue progressivement. Lorsque la surface effective du filtre est \u00e9gale \u00e0 la section transversale du canal, l'effet est tr\u00e8s faible.<\/p>\n<p>En triplant la surface filtrante active, la r\u00e9duction du d\u00e9bit sera consid\u00e9rablement att\u00e9nu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9bit diminue \u00e0 mesure que la longueur du filtre augmente.<\/p>\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le degr\u00e9 de remplissage du bac de coul\u00e9e joue un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s important pour la stabilit\u00e9 de la coul\u00e9e. Le niveau de la masse fondue dans le bac de coul\u00e9e est le facteur d\u00e9terminant pour le coulage vers le bas.
