Les effets de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/molten-metal-filtration\/\">filtration \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu<\/a> et l'effet du modificateur Sr sur la porosit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. L'effet significatif de la filtration de la masse fondue sur la r\u00e9duction de la porosit\u00e9 de la masse fondue modifi\u00e9e au Sr tient au fait que la teneur en inclusions de cette derni\u00e8re est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la masse fondue non modifi\u00e9e. Afin de comprendre les types d\u2019inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans les masses fondues d\u2019A356 modifi\u00e9es au Sr qui conduisent \u00e0 la formation de pores, les \u00e9chantillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s par microscopie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que le temps d\u2019exposition des masses fondues dans une atmosph\u00e8re oxydante influe sur le comportement d\u2019oxydation et le type d\u2019inclusions de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/strontium-modifier\/\">Sr modifi\u00e9<\/a> fond.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le mat\u00e9riau en fusion n'est pas maintenu longtemps dans une atmosph\u00e8re oxydante, le film d'alumine et les particules jouent un r\u00f4le important, tandis que les oxydes contenant du SR ne participent pas \u00e0 la formation de pores. Lors d\u2019un temps de maintien relativement court, la couche d\u2019oxyde superficielle de la masse fondue de l\u2019alliage A356 est compos\u00e9e d\u2019Al\u2082O\u2083 et de MgO, mais aucun SRO d\u00e9tectable n\u2019est pr\u00e9sent. En revanche, la pr\u00e9sence du compos\u00e9 interm\u00e9tallique Al-Si-Sr a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u00e9vidence, ce qui sugg\u00e8re que ce dernier joue un r\u00f4le dans la formation des pores. Lorsque la masse fondue est maintenue longtemps dans une atmosph\u00e8re oxydante, plus de 50% de la couche d\u2019oxyde superficielle est constitu\u00e9e de spinelle contenant du SrO.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4593\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Sr-Modification-1.jpg\" alt=\"Modification Sr\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Sr-Modification-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Sr-Modification-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L'effet de la modification au Sr sur la formation de pores sous pression r\u00e9duite et dans des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que le modificateur Sr n'avait pas d'effet significatif sur la formation de pores dans les \u00e9chantillons classiques de coupelles en acier \u00e0 paroi mince. Un nouveau type de coupelle m\u00e9tallique dot\u00e9e d\u2019un canal de coul\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour servir de moule lors d\u2019essais de d\u00e9compression. Elle est con\u00e7ue pour am\u00e9liorer la solidification directionnelle afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout retrait macroscopique dans l\u2019\u00e9chantillon d\u2019essai. L\u2019effet du modificateur Sr sur la formation de pores a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de ce moule. Dans des conditions de d\u00e9compression et \u00e0 l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re, l\u2019effet de la modification au Sr sur l\u2019augmentation de la densit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique des pores et de la fraction volumique des pores devient significatif. De plus, les r\u00e9sultats montrent que l\u2019effet de l\u2019agent modificateur au Sr sur la formation de pores n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident dans la masse fondue dont la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,1 cm\u00b3\/100 g d\u2019aluminium.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The main problem of Sr modification is the increasing tendency of micropore formation in the alloy.
