{"id":4703,"date":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","date_gmt":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4703"},"modified":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T14:36:42","slug":"foundry-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/foundry-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"Flux de fonderie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La capacit\u00e9 d'\u00e9limination des scories d'un fondant de fonderie est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par l'adsorption et la dissolution des inclusions d'oxydes dans la masse fondue, ainsi que par l'interaction chimique entre le fondant et la masse fondue.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que les inclusions d'oxyde ne sont pas mouill\u00e9es par l'aluminium fondu et que la tension interfaciale entre les deux est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, tandis que le fondant mouille les inclusions d'oxyde et que la tension interfaciale entre les deux est faible. L'\u00e9nergie libre de surface du syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite une fois que le fondant a adsorb\u00e9 les inclusions d'oxyde dans la masse fondue. Par cons\u00e9quent, le fondant de fonderie a la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019absorber automatiquement les inclusions d\u2019oxyde, ce qui constitue sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019affinage. Cette adsorption est la principale raison de l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories par le fondant. De toute \u00e9vidence, plus la tension interfaciale entre le flux et les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques est faible, et plus la tension interfaciale entre le flux et l\u2019aluminium fondu ainsi qu\u2019entre l\u2019aluminium fondu et les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, meilleure est l\u2019adsorption du flux et plus l\u2019effet d\u2019\u00e9limination des scories est important.<\/p>\n<p>La dissolution des oxydes par les fondants d\u00e9pend de la nature de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux<\/a>. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, lorsque la structure mol\u00e9culaire d'un fondant est similaire \u00e0 celle de certains oxydes, il peut \u00eatre miscible \u00e0 une certaine temp\u00e9rature. Cependant, dans la plage de temp\u00e9ratures habituelle d'affinage de l'aluminium fondu, la quantit\u00e9 d'oxyde dissoute dans le fondant est tr\u00e8s faible.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4705\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Foundry-Flux-1.jpg\" alt=\"Flux de fonderie\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Foundry-Flux-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Foundry-Flux-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque le produit gazeux ne se dissout pas dans l'aluminium, il s\u00e9pare le film d'oxyde de l'oxyde m\u00e9tallique et transf\u00e8re ce film d'oxyde dans le fondant. Parall\u00e8lement, la bulle joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le dans l'\u00e9limination des scories par flottation. De plus, les bulles form\u00e9es lors de la dissociation du fondant permettent \u00e9galement d'\u00e9liminer certaines inclusions par flottation.<\/p>\n<p>L'effet de d\u00e9gazage du flux se manifeste principalement sous trois aspects : d'une part, il permet d'\u00e9liminer une partie de l'hydrog\u00e8ne complexe absorb\u00e9 par les inclusions d'oxyde lors de l'\u00e9limination de ces derni\u00e8res. D'autre part, le flux se d\u00e9compose ou interagit avec la masse fondue pour former des produits gazeux, ce qui favorise la d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation par diffusion. De plus, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la dissolution du film d\u2019oxyde \u00e0 la surface de la masse fondue, la diffusion de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne atomique dissous dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re s\u2019en trouve facilit\u00e9e.
