Les m\u00e9thodes de renforcement des alliages d\u2019aluminium consistent principalement \u00e0 ajuster la composition de l\u2019alliage, \u00e0 utiliser de nouveaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage, \u00e0 recourir \u00e0 de nouvelles technologies de traitement et de fabrication, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u2019autres moyens de d\u00e9veloppement. Cependant, les alliages d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par des m\u00e9thodes de moulage traditionnelles restent les mat\u00e9riaux structurels les plus largement utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique. En effet, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de ces alliages d\u2019aluminium obtenus par des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles rec\u00e8lent encore un grand potentiel \u00e0 exploiter. C\u2019est pourquoi des travaux de recherche ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9s dans divers pays \u00e0 travers le monde, portant sur diff\u00e9rentes mesures de renforcement et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, ainsi que sur le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019alliages d\u2019aluminium traditionnels \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance. Ces travaux portent principalement sur les aspects suivants.<\/p>\n<h2>Renforcement des alliages d'aluminium<\/h2>\n<p>Modifier le contenu de la page principale <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/alloy-element-additive\/\">\u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage<\/a> En modifiant la composition de l'alliage et la proportion de chaque composant, on ajoute des oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments de transition et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de terres rares, ce qui modifie la proportion des diff\u00e9rents compos\u00e9s dans l'alliage ainsi que ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques, afin de mettre au point de nouveaux alliages r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 divers besoins. Par exemple, l\u2019utilisation de la technologie de coul\u00e9e \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique \u00e0 basse fr\u00e9quence permet de d\u00e9velopper un nouveau type d\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique ; cette technologie permet d\u2019augmenter la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage dans la solution solide de la matrice.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duire davantage la teneur en diverses impuret\u00e9s telles que le Fe et le Si, am\u00e9liorer la puret\u00e9 de l'alliage, \u00e9tudier les m\u00e9thodes et technologies permettant de contr\u00f4ler la teneur en impuret\u00e9s, am\u00e9liorer la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e0 la rupture, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion sous contrainte des alliages d'aluminium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance, ainsi que leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister aux fissures de coul\u00e9e. Lorsque la teneur en Fe et en Si est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,1%, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s susmentionn\u00e9es sont consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9velopper et mettre en \u0153uvre divers nouveaux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s et technologies de traitement thermique afin d'am\u00e9liorer les performances globales des alliages d'aluminium \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance. \u00c9tudier et mettre en \u0153uvre un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de recuit d'homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (au-del\u00e0 de la temp\u00e9rature de surfrittage), dont l'objectif est de maximiser la pr\u00e9sence de phases r\u00e9siduelles de non-\u00e9quilibre et de phases de renforcement par vieillissement dans la matrice, ainsi que de les r\u00e9partir uniform\u00e9ment, afin d'am\u00e9liorer le degr\u00e9 de sursaturation de la solution solide apr\u00e8s traitement de mise en solution, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l'effet de renforcement par vieillissement.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4728\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Alloys-Reinforcement-1.jpg\" alt=\"Renforcement des alliages d&#039;aluminium\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Alloys-Reinforcement-1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Alloys-Reinforcement-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Rechercher et d\u00e9velopper diverses technologies avanc\u00e9es de purification et de modification de la masse fondue, en mettant l\u2019accent sur la r\u00e9solution du probl\u00e8me de la faible qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9tallurgique des lingots. Les m\u00e9thodes de purification et de modification de la masse fondue peuvent influencer de mani\u00e8re significative les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l\u2019alliage, notamment la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 \u00e0 la rupture et la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les m\u00e9thodes de purification de la masse fondue comprennent : le repos de la masse fondue dans le four + traitement par solvant, le traitement au chlore, le traitement N\u2082+Cl\u2082, le traitement Ar+Cl\u2082, le traitement au C\u2082Cl\u2086, le traitement N\u2082+Cl\u2082+CO et le traitement d'affinage par fondant.
