Pour les lingots \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle en alliage Al-Mg de type AA5182, l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans le four s'effectue principalement \u00e0 l'aide de solvants, tandis que l'\u00e9limination en ligne de l'hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur du four repose principalement sur un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9gazage en ligne. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la rotation du rotor en graphite, le gaz inerte p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans l\u2019aluminium liquide \u00e0 travers ce dernier ; la rotation de l\u2019aluminium en fusion brasse et brise les bulles, ce qui am\u00e9liore l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage de l'aluminium dans le four consiste notamment \u00e0 ajouter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a> \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu dans le four de maintien, et en injectant un gaz inerte dans l'aluminium fondu. La composition chimique de l'agent d'affinage comprend principalement : NaCl, NaF, KCl, KF, AlF\u2083, etc. Lorsque l'affinage en four est effectu\u00e9 dans un four de maintien, un pistolet de pulv\u00e9risation de gaz peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour injecter du gaz inerte dans l'aluminium fondu \u00e0 des fins d'affinage, mais la porte du four de maintien doit \u00eatre ouverte pendant l'op\u00e9ration, ce qui entra\u00eene une perte de chaleur vers l'ext\u00e9rieur du four. Le gaz inerte utilis\u00e9 est principalement l\u2019argon (Ar). Bien que l\u2019azote (N\u2082) puisse \u00e9galement avoir un certain effet d\u2019affinage, le fait que le N\u2082 et l\u2019aluminium liquide \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature puissent entrer en r\u00e9action chimique pour former des nitrures d\u00e9truit le film d\u2019oxyde d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 la surface du liquide, ce qui r\u00e9duit l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. Cette r\u00e9action chimique est d\u2019autant plus marqu\u00e9e lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019aluminium fondu atteint 780 \u00b0C ou plus. Par cons\u00e9quent, pour l\u2019alliage Al-Mg, le gaz inerte utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne est principalement l\u2019argon (Ar).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'aide d'un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/online-degassing-system\/\">syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9gazage en ligne<\/a>, le rotor en graphite est mis en rotation et asperg\u00e9 de gaz inerte afin d\u2019introduire de l\u2019argon \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du rotor ; celui-ci est ensuite immerg\u00e9 dans l\u2019aluminium en fusion et continue de tourner tout en remuant et en brisant les bulles d\u2019argon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es. Au cours du processus de remont\u00e9e des bulles, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019aluminium fondu est absorb\u00e9 par les bulles en raison de la diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de celles-ci, puis \u00e9limin\u00e9 lorsque les bulles remontent \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium fondu. En ce qui concerne les m\u00e9taux alcalins contenus dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, afin de les \u00e9liminer simultan\u00e9ment, une certaine proportion de Cl\u2082 et d\u2019Ar est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e et introduite dans l\u2019aluminium fondu. Lors de la coul\u00e9e \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de l\u2019alliage Al-Mg AA5182, le d\u00e9bit de l\u2019aluminium fondu atteint 40 t\/h. Par cons\u00e9quent, cet article utilise un dispositif d\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 trois rotors afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et le d\u00e9bit de l\u2019aluminium fondu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4817\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Refining-Process-2.jpg\" alt=\"Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#039;affinage de l&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Refining-Process-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Aluminum-Refining-Process-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 du d\u00e9gazage et de l'affinage de l'aluminium, le syst\u00e8me en ligne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9 \u00e0 deux \u00e9gards : d'une part, en allongeant le parcours et la dur\u00e9e de circulation du gaz dans le rotor en graphite afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'effet de pr\u00e9chauffage du gaz inerte Ar \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de celui-ci. D'autre part, lors de la conception de la cuve d'affinage, la paroi interne de celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue avec un angle d'inclinaison plus important. \u00c0 mesure que le niveau d\u2019aluminium liquide dans la cuve d\u2019affinage augmente, la section transversale de celle-ci s\u2019accro\u00eet en cons\u00e9quence, ce qui permet une interaction avec les bulles de gaz inerte. Le degr\u00e9 d\u2019expansion est adapt\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 emp\u00eacher les bulles de fusionner entre elles et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de l'alliage Al-Mg AA5182, que ce soit pour l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans le four ou hors du four, on utilise un gaz inerte, tel que le N\u2082 ou l'Ar. Par ailleurs, afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer le Na pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, une petite quantit\u00e9 de Cl\u2082 est n\u00e9cessaire pour obtenir un effet d\u2019affinage. En effet, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019affinage C2 comprenant \u00e0 la fois un affinage physique et un affinage chimique, le Cl\u2082 permet de dess\u00e9cher les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium liquide, ce qui facilite leur s\u00e9paration de l\u2019aluminium liquide et favorise ainsi l\u2019\u00e9limination ult\u00e9rieure des inclusions. L\u2019effet d\u2019affinage est optimal. Cependant, le Cl\u2082 \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s toxique, nocif pour la sant\u00e9 humaine, nuisible \u00e0 l\u2019environnement et pr\u00e9sentant un fort effet corrosif sur les \u00e9quipements d\u2019affinage, les outils, les ateliers et autres installations, on n\u2019utilise pratiquement plus de Cl\u2082 pur pour affiner l\u2019aluminium liquide, mais on y ajoute une certaine proportion de gaz raffin\u00e9, tel que l\u2019argon (Ar) ou un m\u00e9lange, afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aluminum refining process includes two aspects: removing hydrogen inside the furnace and on-line degassing outside the furnace.
