Les oxydes pr\u00e9sents dans la masse d'aluminium fondu se pr\u00e9sentent sous diff\u00e9rents types et formes, et leur densit\u00e9 est comprise entre 2,3 et 4 g\/cm\u201d. Celles-ci d\u00e9pendent de la dur\u00e9e d'oxydation, de la temp\u00e9rature et de leur \u00e9paisseur. Les oxydes sont pr\u00e9sents lors des processus de pr\u00e9traitement, de fusion, d'affinage, de coul\u00e9e et de traitement thermique. Tant que le bain d'aluminium en fusion est en contact avec l'oxyg\u00e8ne, des inclusions d'oxydes se formeront.<\/p>\n<p>Les inclusions oxyd\u00e9es sont pr\u00e9sentes dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es sous forme de blocs, de lamelles et de granules. La nucl\u00e9ation et la croissance des inclusions d\u2019oxyde sont influenc\u00e9es par de nombreux facteurs, tels que la temp\u00e9rature, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage et l\u2019humidit\u00e9 ambiante. La temp\u00e9rature est le facteur d'influence le plus important ; son augmentation acc\u00e9l\u00e8re l'oxydation de l'aluminium fondu. Les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage pr\u00e9sentent des vitesses de r\u00e9action d'oxydation variables, en fonction de leur contribution \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 de la couche d'oxyde et de leur affinit\u00e9 pour l'oxyg\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/alumina-ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>\u00a0peut \u00e9liminer efficacement les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse d'aluminium fondu et am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la qualit\u00e9 des produits en aluminium. Ce qui permet d'am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la production de ces produits. Les produits en aluminium jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la vie quotidienne des habitants. On consid\u00e8re que l'influence des inclusions oxyd\u00e9es sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de traction des alliages d'aluminium est la principale cause de la diminution des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de ces alliages.<\/p>\n<p>Une masse d'aluminium fondu stable et propre pr\u00e9sente de nombreux avantages.<br \/>\nCela permet de r\u00e9duire le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement d\u00fb \u00e0 l'enfermement et \u00e0 la solidification pendant le formage, et d'am\u00e9liorer la densit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance de l'\u00e9bauche.<br \/>\nAm\u00e9liorer l'uniformit\u00e9 des performances des \u00e9bauches.<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9sistance au formage est r\u00e9duite, le rendement de production est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 et le taux de rebut est r\u00e9duit.<br \/>\nR\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature de remplissage et prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie du moule.<br \/>\nIl est possible de fabriquer des \u00e9bauches de pi\u00e8ces complexes, et la production peut \u00eatre hautement automatis\u00e9e. Cette technologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre avec succ\u00e8s pour la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces destin\u00e9es aux aubes de moteurs d'avion.<\/p>\n<p>Que ce soit d'un point de vue \u00e9conomique ou en termes de stabilit\u00e9 du processus, dans le domaine du formage des m\u00e9taux, il existe de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes pour obtenir des \u00e9bauches en alliage d'aluminium, telles que la m\u00e9thode d'agitation m\u00e9canique, la m\u00e9thode d'agitation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, la m\u00e9thode d'activation par d\u00e9formation, la m\u00e9thode par poudre, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, la seule technologie de production de pi\u00e8ces brutes en alliage d'aluminium \u00e0 haute stabilit\u00e9 et ultra-propres destin\u00e9e \u00e0 des applications commerciales repose sur l'agitation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique et l'activation par d\u00e9formation.
