{"id":4906,"date":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","date_gmt":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4906"},"modified":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","modified_gmt":"2020-09-18T08:05:06","slug":"filtration-efficiency-of-cff","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/filtration-efficiency-of-cff\/","title":{"rendered":"Efficacit\u00e9 de filtration du CFF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration du filtre CFF : d'une part, en am\u00e9liorant la tension interfaciale entre la masse fondue et le substrat gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un rev\u00eatement de surface et \u00e0 un traitement de rugosification de surface, afin d'accro\u00eetre la capacit\u00e9 d'adsorption du filtre vis-\u00e0-vis d'inclusions sp\u00e9cifiques et de r\u00e9duire la pression initiale du filtre ; l'autre consiste \u00e0 augmenter la taille des macropores (PPI) ; en augmentant le nombre de micropores de la matrice elle-m\u00eame, on obtient un filtre composite poreux combinant macropores, m\u00e9sopores et micropores.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les masses fondues contenant des particules de tailles diff\u00e9rentes, afin d'emp\u00eacher les grosses particules de s'accumuler dans le g\u00e2teau de filtration et d'obstruer pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment les pores, il est possible de mettre au point un filtre \u00e0 distribution combin\u00e9e avec gradient de pores. Par exemple, la m\u00e9thode d\u2019immersion dans un pr\u00e9curseur organique et le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sol-gel peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer la taille des pores du filtre. La plage de distribution peut atteindre 0,02 \u00e0 3 mm, la r\u00e9sistance peut \u00eatre multipli\u00e9e par 2 \u00e0 3, et les inclusions inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 5 \u03bcm peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es par filtration. Un autre exemple est la cong\u00e9lation unidirectionnelle d\u2019une suspension c\u00e9ramique \u00e0 base d\u2019eau par lyophilisation, suivie de la sublimation de la glace sous vide et \u00e0 basse pression pour former un liant poreux, ce qui est peu co\u00fbteux et respectueux de l\u2019environnement. On peut \u00e9galement recourir \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode des agents porog\u00e8nes, \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode des pores de fibres, \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode des pores par corrosion par rayonnement, \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de moussage par durcissement in situ de la suspension, \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9p\u00f4t par infiltration de vapeur chimique, \u00e0 la pyrolyse de mousse organique pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une suspension de rev\u00eatement \u00e0 squelette de carbone, etc. La combinaison de la m\u00e9thode d\u2019impr\u00e9gnation de mousse permet d\u2019obtenir un filtre haute performance pr\u00e9sentant une porosit\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de filtration du filtre CFF et son activit\u00e9 filtrante.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4907\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Efficiency-of-CFF-1.jpg\" alt=\"Efficacit\u00e9 de filtration du CFF\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Efficiency-of-CFF-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Efficiency-of-CFF-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/cff-filter\/\">Filtre CFF<\/a> Il permet non seulement d'\u00e9liminer les inclusions physiques par interception et adsorption en surface, mais exerce \u00e9galement un effet de purification par solvant. Outre les micropores pr\u00e9sents dans la matrice, il peut agir comme un tamis mol\u00e9culaire pour \u00e9liminer les compos\u00e9s interm\u00e9talliques. Il peut \u00e9galement laisser passer les additifs contenus dans le mat\u00e9riau de la matrice. Il r\u00e9agit avec la masse fondue pour \u00e9liminer les inclusions chimiques nocives dissoutes dans celle-ci, telles que les m\u00e9taux alcalins, les m\u00e9taux alcalino-terreux et les compos\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n<p>Approfondir l'\u00e9valuation de l'utilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle du CFF : cela comprend principalement le choix de la correspondance entre le type d'inclusion ou d'alliage et le filtre, l'effet de l'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s, l'\u00e9valuation de l'effet combin\u00e9 du filtre et d'autres m\u00e9thodes de purification, ainsi que la d\u00e9tection rapide et pr\u00e9cise de l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration. Son champ d'application consiste principalement \u00e0 \u00e9valuer les performances des produits \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, notamment leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques et chimiques dans ces conditions, les m\u00e9canismes de filtration, les mod\u00e8les de dynamique des fluides, la cr\u00e9ation de bases de donn\u00e9es, les supports de filtration et l'\u00e9nergie de surface de l'aluminium fondu, etc. La mise en place de normes d'\u00e9valuation compl\u00e8tes et efficaces permet de rendre l'utilisation des filtres plus s\u00e9lective et plus
