En ce qui concerne les recherches sur le m\u00e9canisme de filtration et de purification des m\u00e9taux, on distingue principalement les points de vue suivants : le m\u00e9canisme de filtration par tamisage, par g\u00e2teau filtrant et par lit profond ; le m\u00e9canisme de s\u00e9paration par flottation ; le m\u00e9canisme d'adsorption et le m\u00e9canisme de rectification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9canisme de filtration par tamisage, formation d'un g\u00e2teau de filtration et filtration en lit profond<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> s\u00e9pare les inclusions de la masse fondue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 trois m\u00e9canismes : le tamisage, la couche de g\u00e2teau et la filtration en lit profond.<\/p>\n<p>1. Filtration. En suivant le principe traditionnel de filtration des mailles en fibre de verre, \u00e0 l'instar d'un tamis, ce syst\u00e8me emp\u00eache le passage des particules et de leurs agglom\u00e9rats dont la taille est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des pores de la surface filtrante.<\/p>\n<p>2. G\u00e2teau de filtration. Apr\u00e8s le tamisage, de nombreuses impuret\u00e9s plus grosses que les mailles du filtre sont retenues \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de celui-ci. \u00c0 mesure que le nombre d\u2019impuret\u00e9s retenues augmente, un \u201c g\u00e2teau de filtration \u201d compos\u00e9 de grosses impuret\u00e9s se forme \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d\u2019entr\u00e9e du filtre. Le \u201c g\u00e2teau de filtration \u201d rend le liquide plus fluide, de sorte que les inclusions plus petites que la taille des pores du filtre sont \u00e9galement partiellement retenues sur le \u201c g\u00e2teau de filtration \u201d. Le tamisage et la filtration sur g\u00e2teau constituent les deux \u00e9tapes d\u2019un m\u00eame m\u00e9canisme. La dur\u00e9e de ce processus d\u00e9pend de la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse fondue et de la taille des pores du filtre.<\/p>\n<p>3. Filtration en lit profond. \u00c0 l'int\u00e9rieur du filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique, le parcours suivi par la masse fondue est sinueux, et on observe m\u00eame une inversion du flux transversal dans une petite zone locale.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4931\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9canisme de filtration\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9canisme de s\u00e9paration flottant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une fois le filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique correctement con\u00e7u et plac\u00e9 dans le syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement du m\u00e9tal en fusion augmente, et le m\u00e9tal en fusion remplit enti\u00e8rement le syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e, permettant ainsi \u00e0 la fonction de blocage des scories de ce dernier de jouer pleinement son r\u00f4le. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le flux de m\u00e9tal en fusion inject\u00e9 par la canalisation d\u2019alimentation est \u00e9trangl\u00e9 par le filtre ; le m\u00e9tal en fusion reste ainsi bri\u00e8vement dans la canalisation d\u2019alimentation, ce qui permet aux scories, de faible densit\u00e9, de remonter \u00e0 la surface et de se s\u00e9parer, offrant ainsi les avantages d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 injection par le fond. Lorsque le m\u00e9tal en fusion continue d\u2019\u00eatre coul\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique, les scories de faible densit\u00e9 superficielle remontent \u00e0 la surface, ce qui permet d\u2019une part de r\u00e9duire efficacement, voire d\u2019\u00e9liminer, les courants de Foucault.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9canisme d'adsorption<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le filtre est plac\u00e9 dans la canalisation transversale ou la canalisation interne de la cavit\u00e9, et lorsque le premier flux de liquide atteint la surface de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d'entr\u00e9e du filtre pendant le coulage, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d'adsorption se produit entre le flux de liquide et la structure en mousse. Ce type d\u2019adsorption repose principalement sur une adsorption physique multicouche non s\u00e9lective, et les inclusions sont adsorb\u00e9es couche par couche dans la structure du filtre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que celle-ci soit obstru\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9canisme de rectification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les trois th\u00e9ories susmentionn\u00e9es relatives aux m\u00e9canismes de filtration et de purification ne permettent pas d'expliquer certains ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes, tels que la filtration sur treillis m\u00e9tallique. Le principe de purification est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement expliqu\u00e9 comme une interception m\u00e9canique (criblage), mais en versant de l'acier fondu et du fer fondu sur des treillis m\u00e9talliques en molybd\u00e8ne et en acier inoxydable, l'exp\u00e9rience dans laquelle le liquide a travers\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement le tamis a montr\u00e9 qu'aucune inclusion n'avait \u00e9t\u00e9 intercept\u00e9e par le tamis.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4932\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9canisme de filtration\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Filtration-Mechanism-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L'important effet de purification obtenu gr\u00e2ce au filtrage et \u00e0 la purification des m\u00e9taux \u00e0 l'aide de filtres nous incite \u00e0 \u00e9tudier le m\u00e9canisme de purification \u00e0 partir du comportement d'\u00e9coulement du m\u00e9tal en fusion. Au cours du processus de coul\u00e9e, dans la plupart des cas, le m\u00e9tal en fusion est vers\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 dans un \u00e9tat turbulent ; en particulier au d\u00e9but de la coul\u00e9e, le m\u00e9tal en fusion p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la cavit\u00e9 depuis une certaine hauteur.<\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s l'analyse exp\u00e9rimentale fond\u00e9e sur les principes de la m\u00e9canique des fluides, gr\u00e2ce aux m\u00e9andres pr\u00e9sents dans le canal d'\u00e9coulement du filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique, celui-ci pr\u00e9sente une tr\u00e8s grande capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer l'\u00e9coulement turbulent du m\u00e9tal liquide en un \u00e9coulement laminaire.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'action rectificatrice du filtre, le m\u00e9tal en fusion, qui pr\u00e9sentait \u00e0 l'origine un \u00e9coulement fortement turbulent, devient laminaire lorsqu'il traverse le filtre. Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 le filtre, il doit parcourir une zone de transition plus longue pour retrouver son \u00e9tat turbulent d'origine. Dans cette zone de transition, l'\u00e9coulement du liquide est trop lent pour se transformer en turbulence ou en turbulence de moindre ampleur, ce qui permet d'\u00e9viter une oxydation secondaire du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ceramic foam filter can effectively trap liquid metal inclusions and purify molten metal.
