D'apr\u00e8s le tableau p\u00e9riodique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments situ\u00e9s au d\u00e9but du tableau sont plus r\u00e9actifs ; par cons\u00e9quent, le taux de perte de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment chimique pr\u00e9sent dans l'alliage d'aluminium varie \u00e9galement au cours du processus de fusion.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le taux de perte par combustion de l'alliage d'aluminium se situe entre 2% et 4% lors du processus de fusion de cet alliage, donc <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a> Il convient d'ajouter cet agent d'affinage au cours du processus de fusion afin de garantir que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chimiques pr\u00e9sents dans l'alliage d'aluminium fondu r\u00e9pondent aux exigences sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es. Les mat\u00e9riaux dits \u00ab primaires \u00bb d\u00e9signent les chutes de moulage et les pi\u00e8ces non conformes, qui contiennent relativement peu d\u2019impuret\u00e9s et d\u2019air, et peuvent \u00eatre directement recycl\u00e9s et refondus dans les usines de moulage sous pression. Les mati\u00e8res secondaires d\u00e9signent les plaques d'\u00e9vacuation et les rainures d'\u00e9vacuation pr\u00e9sentes dans le moule de moulage sous pression, qui servent principalement \u00e0 l'\u00e9vacuation et \u00e0 l'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s au cours du processus de moulage sous pression. Elles ne peuvent pas \u00eatre fondues directement dans l'usine de moulage sous pression, sous peine de nuire gravement \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l'aluminium liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le processus de production r\u00e9el des entreprises de moulage sous pression, la mise en \u0153uvre stricte d\u2019un rapport de 8:2 entra\u00eene souvent un surstock important de mati\u00e8res secondaires au cours du processus de production, ce qui augmente consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de production. Par cons\u00e9quent, dans la pratique, l\u2019entreprise peut ajuster ce rapport de proportion par le biais de v\u00e9rifications exp\u00e9rimentales, ce qui permet non seulement de garantir la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019aluminium liquide, mais aussi de r\u00e9duire efficacement les co\u00fbts de production et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le rendement. Toutefois, le principe veut que la proportion de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s ne d\u00e9passe pas 40%. Les exp\u00e9riences montrent que la composition chimique de l\u2019aluminium liquide ne peut plus \u00eatre garantie de mani\u00e8re efficace au-del\u00e0 de 40% de
