Dans le processus de laminage \u00e0 chaud, les stries longitudinales pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 la surface de la bande lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud constituent l'un des facteurs cl\u00e9s influen\u00e7ant la qualit\u00e9 de surface de la feuille d'aluminium finie. Des essais ont montr\u00e9 qu'une augmentation appropri\u00e9e de la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e lors du laminage par coul\u00e9e, de la hauteur du niveau de liquide dans la cuve avant, de l'\u00e9cartement du rouleau de la buse et de la structure de r\u00e9partition \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la buse permet de r\u00e9duire efficacement les stries longitudinales \u00e0 la surface de la bande lamin\u00e9e par coul\u00e9e et d'obtenir un laminage par coul\u00e9e de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la mise en place de la dalle, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e par laminage est trop basse, et le m\u00e9tal en fusion s'\u00e9coule lentement dans le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/nozzle-cavity\/\">cavit\u00e9 de la buse<\/a> et ne peut pas s'\u00e9couler rapidement \u00e0 travers le barrage de restriction situ\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 buccale. Cela entra\u00eenera la solidification du m\u00e9tal dans la cavit\u00e9 buccale et provoquera la d\u00e9faillance du canal de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la mise en place de la brique, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e est basse, le m\u00e9tal liquide pr\u00e9sente une faible fluidit\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 de la buse et la r\u00e9partition de la temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9tal est in\u00e9gale, ce qui entra\u00eene, lors de la cristallisation, une s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation superficielle de la composition des \u00e9l\u00e9ments Fe, Si, Ti et autres pr\u00e9sents dans le m\u00e9tal fondu. La teneur en Fe et en Si au niveau de la zone de s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation augmente consid\u00e9rablement, tandis que celle en Ti diminue de mani\u00e8re significative. Cette s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation superficielle forme des stries structurelles. Elles peuvent appara\u00eetre sur les faces sup\u00e9rieure et inf\u00e9rieure de la bande coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e ; leur emplacement et leur largeur ne sont pas fixes, mais ob\u00e9issent \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles \u00e9videntes : une fois apparues, elles se manifestent sans interruption au m\u00eame endroit et persistent sur plusieurs bobines jusqu\u2019au retrait de la buse. De plus, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e \u00e9tant basse, de tr\u00e8s petits r\u00e9sidus de scories se forment facilement dans la cavit\u00e9 de la buse lors du processus d\u2019\u00e9limination des scories, ce qui modifie les conditions de solidification du m\u00e9tal. Lorsque le m\u00e9tal liquide se solidifie \u00e0 cet endroit, cela entra\u00eene \u00e9galement une composition in\u00e9gale, ce qui a pour cons\u00e9quence que les composants se s\u00e9parent en surface et forment des stries structurelles. Cela s\u2019explique par la formation d\u2019un tr\u00e8s petit fragment de scories dans la cavit\u00e9 de la bouche de coul\u00e9e, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une rainure \u00e0 la surface de la t\u00f4le coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e nouvellement cristallis\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9formation par laminage, les m\u00e9taux des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s fusionnent, mais ne parviennent pas \u00e0 se souder, formant ainsi des stries en ligne droite. Comme ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 lors du processus de coul\u00e9e, il ne peut \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 par le laminage \u00e0 froid ni par la production de feuilles, et il finira par se manifester sous forme de lignes sombres et de stries longitudinales dans la production de feuilles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5020\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Pouring-Temperature-of-Cast-rolling-1-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la dalle est mise en place, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et la fluidit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal est accrue, ce qui permet au m\u00e9tal de traverser plus facilement le barrage d'\u00e9tranglement situ\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 de la buse ; le champ de temp\u00e9rature dans l'ensemble de la cavit\u00e9 de la buse est ainsi plus uniforme, la structure cristalline est homog\u00e8ne et la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation superficielle est moindre, et la formation de petits corps de scories dans la cavit\u00e9 de la bouche est moins probable ; on observe ainsi peu de stries de texture et de stries longitudinales \u00e0 la surface de la t\u00f4le coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e. Une fois que la brame verticale est sortie de la cuve, s\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de stries de structure ni de stries longitudinales, tout au long du processus de production, tant que les param\u00e8tres de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 sont correctement ajust\u00e9s, il n\u2019y aura plus de stries de structure ni de stries longitudinales. Par cons\u00e9quent, une fois la coul\u00e9e verticale r\u00e9ussie, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e peut \u00eatre abaiss\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e \u00e0 695 \u2103 ~ 705 \u2103, afin d\u2019emp\u00eacher d\u2019autres d\u00e9chets d\u2019affecter la qualit\u00e9 de la t\u00f4le coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e pendant la production normale de coul\u00e9e et de laminage, tout en permettant d\u2019augmenter la vitesse de coul\u00e9e-laminage et d\u2019accro\u00eetre le rendement.<\/p>\n<p>Si la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e lors du laminage \u00e0 chaud est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la masse fondue a tendance \u00e0 aspirer de l\u2019air et \u00e0 former des scories, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de poches d\u2019air et d\u2019inclusions de scories pendant la coul\u00e9e et le laminage. Et apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ussite de la coul\u00e9e verticale, des d\u00e9fauts tels qu\u2019une granulom\u00e9trie grossi\u00e8re et des plaques collantes appara\u00eetront ; or, il faudra beaucoup de temps pour ramener la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e entre 695 \u00b0C et 705 \u00b0C, ce qui entra\u00eenera la production de certains d\u00e9chets de fabrication. Il n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas recommand\u00e9 d\u2019avoir une temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e. \u00c0 en juger par les r\u00e9sultats des essais et les analyses, la qualit\u00e9 de surface du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 n\u00b0 2 est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 n\u00b0 1.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At present, users have higher and higher requirements for the surface quality of sheet, strip and foil.
