{"id":4997,"date":"2020-09-24T03:00:23","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T03:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4997"},"modified":"2020-10-16T01:47:02","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T01:47:02","slug":"nozzle-cavity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/nozzle-cavity\/","title":{"rendered":"Cavit\u00e9 de la buse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Influence de l'\u00e9cart entre la cavit\u00e9 de la buse et le cylindre dans le processus de coul\u00e9e et de laminage des bandes d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9cart entre la cavit\u00e9 de la buse et les rouleaux est faible. Au cours du processus d'\u00e9limination des scories de la plaque verticale, de fines particules de poudre provenant de la buse de coul\u00e9e, de la poussi\u00e8re et des bavures d'aluminium vont adh\u00e9rer aux rouleaux. Bien que les rouleaux soient nettoy\u00e9s par le dispositif de nettoyage, certaines de ces particules vont se glisser entre les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-fiber-castertip\/\">embout de roulette<\/a> et les rouleaux, et s'y incruste. La couche superficielle de la bouche forme une bande plus claire pr\u00e9sentant une certaine profondeur. Et comme la buse est recouverte de scories, l'aluminium en fusion traverse la cavit\u00e9 de la buse, ce qui provoque le r\u00e9chauffement et la dilatation de celle-ci, r\u00e9duisant ainsi l'\u00e9cart entre la cavit\u00e9 de la buse et le rouleau.<\/p>\n<p>Une partie de la paroi de la buse sera meul\u00e9e contre la surface du rouleau. Lorsque la plaque est \u00e9vacu\u00e9e, elle subit une certaine force de laminage, ce qui entra\u00eene la chute partielle des scories de la buse d\u2019alimentation ; le m\u00e9tal en fusion local entre alors en contact avec la surface du rouleau de coul\u00e9e et se cristallise plus t\u00f4t qu\u2019ailleurs, formant une sorte de coquille de condensation et provoquant un retrait volumique. Le m\u00e9tal en fusion situ\u00e9 sous cette couche de solidification n\u2019oppose aucune r\u00e9sistance pendant le laminage. La couche dure solidifi\u00e9e forme un espace avec la surface du rouleau de coul\u00e9e (s\u00e9parant le m\u00e9tal liquide de la surface du rouleau), ce qui emp\u00eache la dissipation normale de la chaleur. Le m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature pr\u00e9sent dans la cavit\u00e9 liquide provoque la condensation de la couche. Sous l\u2019effet de la chaleur, la structure eutectique interdendritique peut \u00eatre chauff\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 de son point de fusion pour redevenir liquide. Sous l\u2019action de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/alumina-fiber-flow-box\/\">bo\u00eete avant<\/a> Sous l'effet de la pression statique, la masse fondue \u00e0 forte teneur en composants peut s'infiltrer \u00e0 travers la surface de la couche de condensation et se condenser en d\u00e9fauts ponctuels. Ces d\u00e9fauts se r\u00e9percutent sur la surface de la t\u00f4le apr\u00e8s coul\u00e9e et laminage, sous la forme de d\u00e9fauts en bande qui se forment sur la surface coul\u00e9e-lamin\u00e9e, c'est-\u00e0-dire les stries structurelles. Dans les cas les plus graves, des d\u00e9fauts tels que des tiges de nettoyage et des adh\u00e9rences d\u2019aluminium peuvent appara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5014\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Nozzle-Cavity.jpg\" alt=\"Cavit\u00e9 de la buse\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Nozzle-Cavity.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Nozzle-Cavity-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le fait d'augmenter de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e l'\u00e9cart entre la buse et le rouleau permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d'incrustation de poudre, de poussi\u00e8re et de bavures d'aluminium dans la paroi de la buse. Une fois la buse chauff\u00e9e et dilat\u00e9e, un certain \u00e9cart se cr\u00e9e avec la surface du rouleau. La plaque ne touche pas la surface du rouleau. Lorsqu\u2019une force est appliqu\u00e9e, il n\u2019y a ni chute de scories ni endommagement, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9fauts structurels et les stries longitudinales \u00e0 la surface de la bande lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud.<\/p>\n<p>Si l'\u00e9cart entre la cavit\u00e9 de la buse et le rouleau est trop important, le film d'oxyde form\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface de la buse de coul\u00e9e et du rouleau sera difficilement \u201c envelopp\u00e9 \u201d par l'aluminium en fusion et se rompra, ce qui entra\u00eenera le retour de l'aluminium vers la plaque verticale et provoquera la d\u00e9faillance de celle-ci.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The influence of the gap between the nozzle cavity and the roller in aluminum strip casting and rolling process.
