{"id":4999,"date":"2020-09-24T02:14:36","date_gmt":"2020-09-24T02:14:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=4999"},"modified":"2020-10-16T01:47:11","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T01:47:11","slug":"metal-transfer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/metal-transfer\/","title":{"rendered":"Transfert m\u00e9tallique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans la plupart des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s impliquant du m\u00e9tal en fusion, le transfert du m\u00e9tal constitue une \u00e9tape cruciale, car il influe sur la qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal, la productivit\u00e9, le volume des d\u00e9chets et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 globale.<\/p>\n<p>Le transfert de m\u00e9tal en fusion peut avoir lieu lors du remplissage des poches de coul\u00e9e, du transfert entre les fours, du transport sur les lignes de coul\u00e9e, ainsi que lors du remplissage des lignes de lingots et de moules-ma\u00eetres.<\/p>\n<p>Afin d'am\u00e9liorer les performances globales et la fiabilit\u00e9 du transfert de m\u00e9tal, Adtech propose une goulotte de transfert de m\u00e9tal en fusion optimis\u00e9e, qui permettra d'am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00e9coulement statique, d'optimiser le contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une portance accrue, de r\u00e9duire le temps de transfert, de diminuer les co\u00fbts et le gaspillage, et de renforcer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le flux statique am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal, \u00e9limine les pics de d\u00e9bit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par le processus en aval et garantit l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter\/\"> filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> \/ processus de d\u00e9gazage. Il pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve le m\u00e9tal au centre du bain afin d'obtenir une qualit\u00e9 optimale, plut\u00f4t qu'\u00e0 la surface ou au fond. Il permet d\u2019alimenter automatiquement la quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9tal requise en fonction de la temp\u00e9rature, dans les d\u00e9lais impartis. Les syst\u00e8mes de lavage ne constituent pas la solution id\u00e9ale pour tout le monde. Leur mise en \u0153uvre doit \u00eatre m\u00fbrement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie, car ils r\u00e9duisent la flexibilit\u00e9 de l'agencement de l'usine. Cependant, lorsqu'ils sont utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 bon escient, ils peuvent s'av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s rentables.
