Les interactions interfaciales entre les inclusions et le milieu filtrant dans la masse fondue \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature sont tr\u00e8s complexes, et le processus d'\u00e9coulement de la masse fondue dans le filtre est difficile \u00e0 observer, bien que l'existence de g\u00e2teaux de filtration ait \u00e9t\u00e9 avanc\u00e9e. Les th\u00e9ories pertinentes, telles que l'effet d'interception m\u00e9canique, l'adsorption en lit profond et l'\u00e9cume rectificatrice, n'ont toutefois pas encore permis de parvenir \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension unifi\u00e9e \u00e0 ce jour. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminium-liquid-filtration\/\">Filtration de l'aluminium fondu<\/a> Il ne s'agit pas d'un processus de filtration physique unique, mais, dans certaines conditions, les particules et les filtres subissent des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes tels que la collision, l'interception, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t, la diffusion, les fluctuations d'\u00e9coulement, les r\u00e9actions chimiques, etc., qui r\u00e9sultent d'une interaction multifactorielle reposant sur un m\u00e9canisme sp\u00e9cifique. Ces facteurs comprennent : les param\u00e8tres du filtre (taille et distribution des pores, densit\u00e9 du filtre (ppi), taille, forme, porosit\u00e9, tortuosit\u00e9 des canaux et mat\u00e9riau du m\u00e9dia filtrant), les param\u00e8tres relatifs aux impuret\u00e9s (taille, quantit\u00e9, concentration et nature des inclusions), les param\u00e8tres de la masse fondue (temp\u00e9rature, dur\u00e9e, d\u00e9bit, viscosit\u00e9, densit\u00e9, volume de filtration, hauteur de pression, type d\u2019alliage), l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un affineur, le d\u00e9bit de filtration, le traitement en amont, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tude sur le m\u00e9canisme de filtration examine principalement l'influence de divers param\u00e8tres sur le comportement de la filtration et de la r\u00e9tention de la mati\u00e8re fondue, sous l'angle de la thermodynamique, de la cin\u00e9tique et de la m\u00e9canique des fluides. Le mod\u00e8le de transfert de masse dans le champ d'\u00e9coulement des inclusions du milieu filtrant de la mati\u00e8re fondue permet de pr\u00e9dire et d'optimiser le processus de filtration r\u00e9el ainsi que l'efficacit\u00e9 de la filtration. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, des chercheurs de diff\u00e9rents pays ont men\u00e9 des recherches sous de multiples angles, en \u00e9laborant des mod\u00e8les et en r\u00e9alisant des essais industriels pour diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de filtration, et ont obtenu de nombreux r\u00e9sultats prometteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980, deux types de m\u00e9canismes de filtration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en \u00e9vidence : la filtration en lit profond et la filtration par g\u00e2teau de filtration. Le mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique est utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9crire le m\u00e9canisme de filtration \u00e0 court terme et l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration en fonction de divers param\u00e8tres de filtration pour les particules de TiB\u2082 pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse d'aluminium en fusion. La relation entre les param\u00e8tres cin\u00e9tiques que sont la taille du milieu filtrant, la taille des inclusions et le d\u00e9bit de la masse en fusion est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e, et la v\u00e9rification par simulation exp\u00e9rimentale est effectu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5051\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c9tude sur le m\u00e9canisme de filtration\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Study-on-Filtration-Mechanism-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Outre le m\u00e9canisme de filtration physique, l\u2019adsorption chimique entre le filtre et les inclusions constitue \u00e9galement l\u2019un des m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9tention \u00e0 la surface du filtre. Les canaux du filtre sont relativement \u00e9troits, et le m\u00e9tal en fusion pr\u00e9sente une surface de contact suffisante avec la paroi interne du filtre. Les inclusions sont pouss\u00e9es vers la surface de la paroi par l'\u00e9coulement du liquide, et il n'y a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas d'infiltration entre les inclusions et le m\u00e9tal en fusion ; en particulier, plus la taille des inclusions est petite, plus leur mouillabilit\u00e9 est faible. D\u00e8s que les inclusions entrent en contact avec la surface du milieu filtrant, qui pr\u00e9sente une meilleure mouillabilit\u00e9 relative, elles se d\u00e9tachent facilement du m\u00e9tal en fusion et sont adsorb\u00e9es par cette surface.<\/p>\n<p>L'effet de rectification fait \u00e9galement partie des m\u00e9canismes physiques de la filtration. La capacit\u00e9 de rectification du filtre (filet) permet de transformer l'\u00e9coulement turbulent du m\u00e9tal en fusion traversant le filtre (filet) en un \u00e9coulement laminaire. Une fois que le m\u00e9tal en fusion a travers\u00e9 le filtre, il doit parcourir une zone de transition plus longue pour retrouver son \u00e9tat turbulent, ce qui r\u00e9duit l'oxydation secondaire du m\u00e9tal en fusion et l'\u00e9rosion du moule, et joue un r\u00f4le \u00e9vident dans l'\u00e9limination des scories.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The study on filtration mechanism is the basis for the development and application of any kind of filtration technology.
