Par diffusion, les atomes d'hydrog\u00e8ne se diffusent dans les bulles de gaz inerte pour former des mol\u00e9cules d'hydrog\u00e8ne, puis, en suivant la remont\u00e9e des bulles, sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s hors de l'aluminium fondu, ce qui permet d'\u00e9liminer l'hydrog\u00e8ne. Au cours de leur ascension, les bulles de gaz inerte, gr\u00e2ce au principe d\u2019adsorption par tension, peuvent \u00e9galement adsorber certaines petites particules d\u2019inclusions non m\u00e9talliques, ce qui permet d\u2019\u00e9liminer les impuret\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L'efficacit\u00e9 du d\u00e9gazage et de la formation de scories par gaz inerte est directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface de contact entre les bulles et l'aluminium fondu. Plus la surface de contact est grande, plus l'effet de d\u00e9gazage et de formation de scories est important. \u00c0 volume de gaz \u00e9gal, plus les bulles sont petites, plus l'effet de d\u00e9gazage est important.<\/p>\n<p>Le m\u00e9canisme de purification par m\u00e9lange de gaz sur l'aluminium fondu consiste \u00e0 ajouter une certaine quantit\u00e9 de chlore au gaz inerte afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de la purification. Le chlore lui-m\u00eame est insoluble dans l'alliage d'aluminium fondu, mais il peut r\u00e9agir chimiquement avec l'exc\u00e8s d'aluminium liquide pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du gaz AlCl\u2083. Au cours du processus de flottation, \u00e0 l'instar du m\u00e9canisme d'\u00e9limination par gaz inerte, cela permet d'obtenir un effet de d\u00e9gazage et de d\u00e9carburation. L'AlCl\u2083 pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement un bon effet de d\u00e9carburation. Un autre r\u00f4le de l\u2019affinage au chlore consiste \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux. Parall\u00e8lement, les compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-agent\/\">agent de raffinage<\/a> et les inclusions oxyd\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentes dans la masse fondue peuvent \u00eatre adsorb\u00e9es ou dissoutes.
