Le m\u00e9canisme de filtration de ce filtre en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e repose sur trois principes : le premier consiste \u00e0 retenir les particules d'impuret\u00e9s au niveau de chaque orifice de la plaque filtrante. Le deuxi\u00e8me consiste en ce que, lorsque le m\u00e9tal en fusion traverse la plaque filtrante, en raison du r\u00e9seau sinueux de canaux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de celle-ci, le d\u00e9bit de la masse fondue varie consid\u00e9rablement, ce qui fait que certaines particules d\u2019impuret\u00e9s tr\u00e8s fines se d\u00e9posent dans certains recoins de la plaque filtrante. Le troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9side dans le fait que la structure du filtre pr\u00e9sente une surface tr\u00e8s \u00e9tendue, et que cette structure en c\u00e9ramique est elle-m\u00eame un corps c\u00e9ramique poreux dot\u00e9 de pores et de micro-canaux interconnect\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e9canisme de filtration par filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/h2>\n<p>La surface de ce <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-pal\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>\u00a0n'est pas mouill\u00e9e par le m\u00e9tal en fusion et poss\u00e8de une forte capacit\u00e9 d'adsorption. Elle peut adsorber des inclusions solides fines ou des inclusions de flux liquides qui ne sont pas mouill\u00e9es par le m\u00e9tal en fusion. La plaque filtrante en mousse c\u00e9ramique permet non seulement de filtrer les particules d\u2019inclusions fines pouvant atteindre 10 \u00e0 20 \u03bcm dans la masse fondue de l\u2019alliage, mais aussi d\u2019\u00e9liminer les inclusions de flux liquides difficiles \u00e0 filtrer avec des m\u00e9dias filtrants classiques. Les principaux param\u00e8tres techniques de la plaque filtrante en mousse c\u00e9ramique sont la porosit\u00e9 et l\u2019uniformit\u00e9, la porosit\u00e9 traversante ou aveugle, la plan\u00e9it\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance et la fragilit\u00e9. Avant utilisation, pr\u00e9chauffez et s\u00e9chez la plaque filtrante, puis tapotez-la l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avec la main pour \u00e9liminer les d\u00e9bris de c\u00e9ramique, afin d\u2019emp\u00eacher ceux-ci de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l\u2019aluminium en fusion.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5118\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Filtration-Mechanism-1.jpg\" alt=\"M\u00e9canisme de filtration par filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Filtration-Mechanism-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ceramic-Foam-Filter-Filtration-Mechanism-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s l'analyse exp\u00e9rimentale fond\u00e9e sur les principes de la m\u00e9canique des fluides, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la configuration sinueuse du canal d'\u00e9coulement du filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique, celui-ci pr\u00e9sente une tr\u00e8s grande capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transformer l'\u00e9coulement turbulent du m\u00e9tal liquide en \u00e9coulement laminaire.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'action rectificatrice du filtre, le m\u00e9tal en fusion, qui pr\u00e9sentait \u00e0 l'origine une forte turbulence, devient laminaire lorsqu'il traverse le filtre. Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 le filtre, il lui faut une zone de transition plus longue pour retrouver son \u00e9tat turbulent d'origine.
