Des dispositifs de d\u00e9gazage et de filtration en ligne sont install\u00e9s sur la goulotte isolante afin de purifier l'aluminium en fusion. Lorsque le m\u00e9tal en fusion traverse le syst\u00e8me de goulottes, il absorbe de l'hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 des degr\u00e9s divers au contact de l'humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans l'air. Lorsque l'aluminium en fusion entre en contact avec l'humidit\u00e9, l'hydrog\u00e8ne atomique est absorb\u00e9 par la surface de l'aluminium liquide, puis se diffuse dans la masse fondue. L'ensemble du processus de dissolution comprend : l'adsorption physique, l'adsorption chimique et la diffusion.<\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s les caract\u00e9ristiques d'absorption de l'hydrog\u00e8ne du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de transfert m\u00e9tallique<\/a>, un essai comparatif a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 entre deux canaux de coul\u00e9e : l\u2019un correspond \u00e0 la fabrication d\u2019un canal ouvert classique, dans lequel l\u2019aluminium en fusion est en contact direct avec l\u2019environnement et o\u00f9 la protection de la masse fondue repose uniquement sur le film d\u2019oxyde pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la surface ; l\u2019autre est un canal am\u00e9lior\u00e9, con\u00e7u \u00e0 partir du mod\u00e8le ouvert. La profondeur du canal reste inchang\u00e9e. L\u2019embouchure sup\u00e9rieure du canal de coul\u00e9e est r\u00e9duite de 4 cm, et la largeur de la partie inf\u00e9rieure est r\u00e9duite de 2 cm. De plus, un traitement d\u2019isolation thermique est appliqu\u00e9 au canal de coul\u00e9e. Une fois le mat\u00e9riau moul\u00e9 form\u00e9 et mis en place, le mat\u00e9riau isolant est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du coffrage. L'objectif est de r\u00e9duire la dissipation thermique du canal de coul\u00e9e et de limiter le contact entre la masse fondue et l'air, afin de diminuer la temp\u00e9rature de l'aluminium fondu et sa capacit\u00e9 d'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5343\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder.jpg\" alt=\"Goulotte isolante\" width=\"400\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Insulating-Launder-240x300.jpg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Par rapport au canal d'injection ouvert, le canal d'injection am\u00e9lior\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une section transversale plus petite ; la masse fondue s'\u00e9coule plus rapidement dans le canal et le temps de s\u00e9jour est plus court. Le canal d\u2019\u00e9coulement \u00e9tanche isole la masse fondue de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019air, emp\u00eache efficacement la formation de produits de r\u00e9action entre l\u2019aluminium \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019humidit\u00e9, r\u00e9duit la concentration en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019interface vapeur-liquide de l\u2019aluminium fondu et emp\u00eache efficacement la masse fondue d\u2019absorber de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du canal d\u2019\u00e9coulement, le temps de s\u00e9jour de la masse fondue dans celui-ci est raccourci, la temp\u00e9rature du syst\u00e8me et la concentration en hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019interface gaz-liquide de l\u2019aluminium fondu sont r\u00e9duites, et l\u2019objectif de r\u00e9duction de la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne au point de coul\u00e9e est atteint.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la production r\u00e9elle, la pollution secondaire de l'aluminium en fusion doit \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9e d\u00e8s la sortie du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/degassing-unit\/\">unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> jusqu'au point de coul\u00e9e. Moyens efficaces de contr\u00f4le : premi\u00e8rement, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9bit de la masse fondue dans le canal de coul\u00e9e et le bac filtrant. Deuxi\u00e8mement, r\u00e9duire la surface de contact entre l'aluminium fondu et l'air. Troisi\u00e8mement, r\u00e9duire l'humidit\u00e9 de l'air. Prenons l\u2019exemple du bac de filtration : il convient d\u2019utiliser un bac de filtration offrant une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 optimale et de r\u00e9duire le temps de s\u00e9jour de l\u2019aluminium fondu dans ce bac. En particulier lorsque la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de la masse fondue est faible, l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 doit \u00eatre d\u2019autant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e ; sinon, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du traitement de d\u00e9gazage en ligne sera r\u00e9duite par la pollution secondaire qui s\u2019ensuivra, et on n\u2019obtiendra finalement pas la masse d\u2019aluminium fondu id\u00e9ale.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The secondary pollution of the aluminum melt mainly occurs in the insulating launder from the furnace to the casting machine.
