{"id":5519,"date":"2020-10-13T09:38:15","date_gmt":"2020-10-13T09:38:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=5519"},"modified":"2020-10-16T01:21:27","modified_gmt":"2020-10-16T01:21:27","slug":"conveying-launder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/conveying-launder\/","title":{"rendered":"Convoyeur \u00e0 goulotte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le terme \u00ab goulotte de transport \u00bb d\u00e9signe l'ensemble des m\u00e9canismes situ\u00e9s entre la sortie du four de maintien et la partie centrale du syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e. Il comprend une goulotte de transport, un caisson de d\u00e9gazage, un caisson de filtration, une goulotte d'alimentation auxiliaire et un syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La goulotte de transport est le canal par lequel l'aluminium fondu s'\u00e9coule du four statique vers la cuve avant. Afin d'\u00e9viter la dissipation thermique de l'aluminium fondu, la goulotte doit pr\u00e9senter une bonne isolation thermique. Tout en respectant la longueur requise pour le processus, la longueur de la goulotte doit \u00eatre aussi courte que possible, et il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable qu\u2019elle soit \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l\u2019air. Cela permet d\u2019emp\u00eacher la temp\u00e9rature de la masse fondue de baisser trop fortement, mais aussi d\u2019\u00e9viter toute pollution secondaire de celle-ci. Afin de faciliter l\u2019entretien, la goulotte doit \u00eatre mobile ou amovible. La goulotte est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9e d\u2019une enveloppe soud\u00e9e en t\u00f4le d\u2019acier, \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de laquelle est install\u00e9e une rainure en U compos\u00e9e d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau isolant et r\u00e9fractaire. Afin de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019aluminium fondu, on peut utiliser un fil r\u00e9sistif isolant ou un dispositif de chauffage \u00e0 tige de carbure de silicium sur la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de coul\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5521\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Conveying-Launder.jpg\" alt=\"Convoyeur \u00e0 goulotte\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Conveying-Launder.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Conveying-Launder-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La goulotte de coul\u00e9e est l'un des \u00e9quipements de base utilis\u00e9s pour la coul\u00e9e d'alliages d'aluminium. Sa fonction principale est d'acheminer l'aluminium en fusion du four de m\u00e9lange vers la machine de coul\u00e9e. \u00c0 l'origine, la zone d'exploitation utilisait des goulottes fabriqu\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires traditionnels r\u00e9sistants aux hautes temp\u00e9ratures. La surface a tendance \u00e0 se recouvrir d\u2019aluminium pendant l\u2019utilisation. Le nettoyage de la goulotte prend jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30 minutes \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9rateur et peut facilement endommager le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire. L'aluminium fondu \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire et d\u00e9forme progressivement la t\u00f4le d'enveloppe. Au bout de 4 mois, la goulotte ne peut plus \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e normalement. De plus, \u00e0 chaque entretien de la goulotte de coul\u00e9e, il est n\u00e9cessaire de retirer le mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire et de reconstruire la t\u00f4le d'enveloppe apr\u00e8s l'avoir corrig\u00e9e, ce qui n\u00e9cessite de la main-d'\u0153uvre et des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The conveying launder part refers to all the mechanisms from the outlet of the holding furnace to the middle part of the pouring system.
