{"id":5667,"date":"2020-10-16T05:29:34","date_gmt":"2020-10-16T05:29:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=5667"},"modified":"2020-10-26T03:45:26","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T03:45:26","slug":"refining-agents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-agents\/","title":{"rendered":"Agents de raffinage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le principe de la m\u00e9thode de flottation consiste \u00e0 injecter un gaz inerte (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l'azote, de l'argon ou le gaz produit par l'ajout de sels) dans l'aluminium liquide afin de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un grand nombre de bulles. Comme la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dans les bulles est nulle, la diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne entre l\u2019aluminium fondu et les bulles fait que l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne continue \u00e0 se diffuser dans les bulles et \u00e0 remonter \u00e0 la surface du liquide. Parall\u00e8lement, en raison des diff\u00e9rences de mouillabilit\u00e9, les inclusions pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium fondu peuvent \u00eatre adsorb\u00e9es sur les bulles avec lesquelles elles entrent en contact, puis remonter \u00e0 la surface et \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es, ce qui permet d\u2019atteindre l\u2019objectif d\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et des inclusions. Selon les diff\u00e9rents agents d\u2019affinage utilis\u00e9s, la m\u00e9thode de flottation se subdivise en m\u00e9thode \u00e0 l\u2019azote, m\u00e9thode \u00e0 l\u2019argon, m\u00e9thode au chlore et m\u00e9thode d\u2019affinage aux sels de chlorure.<\/p>\n<p>Affinage \u00e0 l'azote : l'azote est peu co\u00fbteux et souvent utilis\u00e9 pour l'affinage des alliages d'aluminium. Mais il pr\u00e9sente l\u2019inconv\u00e9nient suivant : afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la formation d\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019inclusions de nitrures (telles que AN, Mg\u2083N\u2082, etc.), la temp\u00e9rature de traitement est basse (700 \u00e0 730 \u00b0C), ce qui limite la capacit\u00e9 de diffusion de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. Les r\u00e9sultats exp\u00e9rimentaux montrent que l\u2019azote doit r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences de puret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es, et que la pr\u00e9sence de traces d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et d\u2019humidit\u00e9 r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l\u2019effet d\u2019affinage. Certaines donn\u00e9es indiquent qu\u2019une teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne de 0,51 TP3T peut r\u00e9duire l\u2019effet de d\u00e9gazage de 401 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p>Affinage \u00e0 l'argon : la temp\u00e9rature d'affinage peut \u00eatre port\u00e9e \u00e0 760 \u2103, ce qui permet d'am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 de diffusion de l'hydrog\u00e8ne. De plus, la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne des bouteilles d\u2019argon industrielles est faible (0,005% \u00e0 0,05%), et la densit\u00e9 de l\u2019argon est de 1,78 kg\/m\u00b3, ce qui est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, qui est de 1,25 kg\/m\u00b3. Lors de l\u2019affinage \u00e0 l\u2019argon, celui-ci s\u2019accumule \u00e0 la surface du bain d\u2019aluminium fondu, ce qui permet d\u2019emp\u00eacher la r\u00e9action entre l\u2019aluminium fondu et les gaz du four, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019affinage.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5671\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Agents-2.jpg\" alt=\"Agents de raffinage\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Agents-2.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Agents-2-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Raffinage au chlore : bien que le chlore soit insoluble dans l'aluminium fondu, le chlore, en tant que gaz actif, peut r\u00e9agir violemment avec l\u2019aluminium fondu et l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans celui-ci pour produire du HCl et de l\u2019AlCl\u2083 gazeux, qui sont insolubles dans l\u2019aluminium fondu et ne participent pas au processus. Les \u00e9chantillons de chlore ayant r\u00e9agi ont un effet d\u2019affinage, ce qui rend ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 bien plus efficace que l\u2019azote. Cependant, le chlore est un gaz hautement toxique, nocif pour la sant\u00e9 humaine, corrosif pour les installations et les \u00e9quipements, et le dispositif d\u2019\u00e9vacuation du chlore est plus complexe. C\u2019est pourquoi il n\u2019est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas utilis\u00e9 seul, mais en combinaison avec de l\u2019argon (Ar) ou du dioxyde d\u2019azote (N\u2082). L\u2019effet d\u2019affinage est bon, et cette m\u00e9thode convient aux pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es soumises \u00e0 des exigences extr\u00eamement strictes en mati\u00e8re de microperforations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/fluxes\/\">flux de raffinage granulaires<\/a> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s dans le cadre de recherches men\u00e9es en France et \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger, avec de bons r\u00e9sultats. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'effet d'\u00e9bullition du N\u2082 et du CO\u2082 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par la r\u00e9action, l'hydrog\u00e8ne et les inclusions non m\u00e9talliques sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s de l'aluminium fondu lorsque les bulles remontent \u00e0 la surface ; ce m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9sente donc un bon pouvoir de d\u00e9gazage. Lors de l\u2019affinage, utilisez une cloche \u00e0 vide pour injecter les agents d\u2019affinage dans l\u2019aluminium fondu ; le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est identique \u00e0 celui utilis\u00e9 pour l\u2019affinage au sel de chlorure. La temp\u00e9rature d\u2019affinage est comprise entre 740 et 750 \u00b0C, et la quantit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e est d\u2019environ 0,61 TP3T \u00e0 0,81 TP3T par rapport \u00e0 la masse d\u2019aluminium fondu.
