Les atomes d'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans l'aluminium fondu migrent vers la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie des bulles de l'agent purificateur (Ar ou N\u2082, etc.). \u00c0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie de la bulle, ils sont adsorb\u00e9s et s'assemblent en mol\u00e9cules d'hydrog\u00e8ne avant de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la bulle. Enfin, la bulle remonte \u00e0 la surface et s'\u00e9chappe du flux cin\u00e9tique de l'aluminium liquide. Il s'agit d'un processus dans lequel l'hydrog\u00e8ne se diffuse en phase liquide et est adsorb\u00e9 par les bulles. L'\u00e9quation du taux d'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium fondu refl\u00e8te l'efficacit\u00e9 de cette \u00e9limination du point de vue de la cin\u00e9tique d'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6027\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Hydrogen-Removal-Efficiency.jpg\" alt=\"Rendement d&#039;\u00e9limination de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Hydrogen-Removal-Efficiency.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Hydrogen-Removal-Efficiency-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Afin d'optimiser les conditions cin\u00e9tiques d'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne et d'am\u00e9liorer le rendement interne d'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne de l'aluminium fondu, les cinq crit\u00e8res suivants doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s autant que possible et simultan\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p>Le grand nombre de bulles implique qu\u2019un d\u00e9bit de gaz suffisant doit \u00eatre assur\u00e9. Le d\u00e9bit de gaz est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le principal facteur influen\u00e7ant l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9limination de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne par flottation \u00e0 bulles. \u00c0 conditions \u00e9gales, plus le d\u00e9bit de gaz est important, plus la surface sp\u00e9cifique de contact gaz-liquide est grande.<\/p>\n<p>Le diam\u00e8tre des bulles est faible. \u00c0 d\u00e9bit d'air constant, si la taille des bulles est faible, leur nombre augmente naturellement, ce qui accro\u00eet ainsi efficacement la surface sp\u00e9cifique de contact gaz-liquide. Des calculs th\u00e9oriques montrent que l'augmentation de la surface totale des bulles est inversement proportionnelle \u00e0 leur diam\u00e8tre. Parall\u00e8lement, la r\u00e9duction du diam\u00e8tre des bulles contribue \u00e0 augmenter le coefficient de transfert de masse.<\/p>\n<p>Les bulles sont r\u00e9parties uniform\u00e9ment dans le bain d'aluminium fondu. Cela permet de r\u00e9duire efficacement la distance de diffusion de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans l'aluminium fondu jusqu'aux bulles. Cet aspect ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9, car la diffusion de l'hydrog\u00e8ne en phase liquide constitue souvent un maillon limitant dans le processus cin\u00e9tique d'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus. La r\u00e9partition uniforme des bulles revient \u00e0 renforcer le processus de diffusion ou la capacit\u00e9 de transfert de masse.<\/p>\n<p>Les bulles se d\u00e9placent \u00e0 grande vitesse dans l'aluminium fondu. Cela augmente la vitesse d'agitation \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'aluminium fondu, renforce le renouvellement de l'interface gaz-liquide et am\u00e9liore la capacit\u00e9 de transfert de masse en phase liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Les bulles disposent d'un temps de s\u00e9jour suffisant dans l'aluminium fondu. De cette mani\u00e8re, le potentiel de transport d'hydrog\u00e8ne des bulles peut \u00eatre pleinement exploit\u00e9, ce qui revient \u00e0 prolonger la dur\u00e9e de d\u00e9shydrog\u00e9nation des bulles.
