Compte tenu de ces caract\u00e9ristiques de composition, le processus d'affinage de la masse fondue doit \u00eatre renforc\u00e9. Le processus d'affinage de l'aluminium fait g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appel \u00e0 un agent d'affinage et \u00e0 un soufflage d'azote ; la qualit\u00e9 de l'agent d'affinage et de l'azote doit donc \u00eatre garantie. La production utilise un agent d'affinage de haute qualit\u00e9 et de l'azote de haute puret\u00e9, et effectue deux \u00e9tapes d'affinage \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 730 et 750 \u00b0C. La quantit\u00e9 d\u2019agent d\u2019affinage utilis\u00e9e lors de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de 2,5 kg\/t-A, et la dur\u00e9e d\u2019affinage est de 25 \u00e0 30 minutes ; apr\u00e8s l\u2019affinage, les scories sont retir\u00e9es, du magn\u00e9sium est ajout\u00e9, puis on alimente le feu. Le dosage de l\u2019agent d\u2019affinage pour la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape est de 1,5 kg\/t, et la dur\u00e9e d\u2019affinage est de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes. Une fois le deuxi\u00e8me processus d\u2019affinage de l\u2019aluminium termin\u00e9, on proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9limination des scories, au pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d\u2019\u00e9chantillons et \u00e0 leur analyse ; une fois la composition valid\u00e9e, on saupoudre une couche d\u2019agent de recouvrement et on laisse reposer dans le four pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage de l'aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le point de fusion de l'agent de recouvrement \u00e9tant inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l'aluminium fondu, sa densit\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle du m\u00e9tal fondu, et il pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de mouillage. Un film protecteur liquide continu se forme \u00e0 la surface du m\u00e9tal fondu afin d'isoler ce dernier de l'air dans le four. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne ou la vapeur d\u2019eau ne peuvent pas, ou tr\u00e8s rarement, traverser la couche de recouvrement pour r\u00e9agir avec l\u2019aluminium liquide, tandis que les atomes d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte peuvent p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la couche de recouvrement et s\u2019\u00e9chapper en raison de leur faible rayon.<\/p>\n<p>Adopter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/inert-gas-refining\/\">raffinage par adsorption de gaz<\/a>, l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'affinage d\u00e9pend non seulement \u00e9troitement de la puret\u00e9 en azote de l'agent d'affinage, mais aussi \u00e9troitement du mode op\u00e9ratoire d'affinage. En effet, l'affinage par insufflation repose sur le d\u00e9gazage par diffusion sous pression partielle et l'\u00e9limination des scories par flottation. Seule la zone en contact \u00e9troit avec le gaz d'affinage et la poudre peut produire l'effet d'affinage. Les op\u00e9rateurs doivent respecter les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019exploitation et veiller \u00e0 ce que l\u2019affineur se d\u00e9place de mani\u00e8re uniforme autour des quatre coins du four de fusion, le long du fond de celui-ci, afin que toute la masse d\u2019aluminium fondu soit en contact total avec l\u2019agent d\u2019affinage et l\u2019azote, sans laisser de zones non trait\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6054\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#039;affinage de l&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Refining-Process-for-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L'efficacit\u00e9 du raffinage du gaz d\u00e9pend davantage du degr\u00e9 de dispersion du gaz et de la taille des bulles. Plus les bulles sont petites, meilleur est l'effet de d\u00e9gazage. En effet, plus les bulles sont petites, plus le m\u00eame volume de gaz g\u00e9n\u00e8re de bulles, plus la surface sp\u00e9cifique est importante ; plus la vitesse de remont\u00e9e est lente, plus le temps de contact avec la masse fondue est long. Lorsqu'on utilise un affineur ordinaire en forme de T, le diam\u00e8tre des bulles est d'environ 10 mm et l'effet est tr\u00e8s bon ; si l'on utilise un tube en acier de 15 mm de diam\u00e8tre comme affineur, le diam\u00e8tre des bulles peut atteindre plus de 300 mm et, m\u00eame en utilisant davantage d'azote, l'effet de d\u00e9gazage reste m\u00e9diocre.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d'affinage par adsorption au flux, l'agent d'affinage est en contact direct avec la masse d'aluminium fondu ; gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'adsorption et \u00e0 la diffusion, on obtient ainsi un bon r\u00e9sultat en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9limination des scories. L'effet de d\u00e9gazage du fondant s'exerce principalement de deux mani\u00e8res : d'une part, le fondant se d\u00e9compose chimiquement et r\u00e9agit avec le bain fondu pour former un produit gazeux qui permet la diffusion et l'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne ; d'autre part, le film d'oxyde \u00e0 la surface du bain fondu est dissous dans l'aluminium fondu par le Na\u2083AlF\u2086 pr\u00e9sent dans le fondant, et l'hydrog\u00e8ne atomique se diffuse dans la phase gazeuse.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l'efficacit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode d'affinage au gaz en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9limination de l'hydrog\u00e8ne et des scories est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la m\u00e9thode d'affinage par fondant seul. Les donn\u00e9es de mesure montrent que la teneur en hydrog\u00e8ne de l\u2019aluminium fondu peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 325 ml\/kg \u00b1 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019affinage en four, et que les inclusions d\u2019oxydes sont consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duites ; toutefois, cela ne suffit pas encore \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de la coul\u00e9e du produit, et il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de recourir au syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9gazage en ligne et \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode de filtration CFF pour purifier davantage l\u2019aluminium fondu. Une fois l\u2019aluminium fondu raffin\u00e9 dans le four de maintien statique, un agent de recouvrement doit \u00eatre saupoudr\u00e9 \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium fondu, et celui-ci doit reposer pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes avant de passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante. Objectifs de ce temps de repos : d\u2019une part, faciliter l\u2019action de l\u2019agent d\u2019affinage en amont afin d\u2019extraire les gaz et les petites inclusions non m\u00e9talliques de la surface de l\u2019aluminium liquide ; d\u2019autre part, faciliter la descente des grosses inclusions non m\u00e9talliques vers le fond du four.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The electrolytic aluminum liquid has a high content of gas and impurities.
