{"id":6093,"date":"2020-10-28T09:32:19","date_gmt":"2020-10-28T09:32:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6093"},"modified":"2023-12-01T03:03:06","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T03:03:06","slug":"how-to-degas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/how-to-degas\/","title":{"rendered":"Comment d\u00e9gazer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Le d\u00e9gazage constitue un enjeu majeur dans l'affinage de l'aluminium fondu.<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Si le gaz pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium fondu n'est pas \u00e9limin\u00e9 \u00e0 temps, des pores se formeront lors de la solidification, ce qui nuira aux performances et \u00e0 la transformation ult\u00e9rieure des produits en aluminium.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Humidit\u00e9 : elle provient des gaz du four, d\u2019une charge insuffisamment s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, de l\u2019agent de raffinage, de l\u2019agent de rev\u00eatement, du modificateur, d\u2019un rev\u00eatement du four insuffisamment s\u00e9ch\u00e9, du creuset et de la peinture pr\u00e9sente sur les outils, ainsi que de l\u2019eau r\u00e9siduelle sur le creuset, les outils et la charge. Le solvant, la vapeur d\u2019eau r\u00e9agit avec l\u2019aluminium selon la r\u00e9action 2Al + 3H\u2082O \u2192 Al\u2082O\u2083 + 6H, produisant ainsi de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne qui p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans l\u2019aluminium fondu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat atomique.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Les salissures graisseuses proviennent de la charge du four et des outils enduits de graisse. La graisse r\u00e9agit avec l'aluminium pour produire de l'hydrog\u00e8ne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La charge contient des produits de corrosion aqueux. Afin de r\u00e9duire l'absorption de gaz par l'alliage d'aluminium en fusion, les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de l'alliage doivent \u00eatre stock\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter toute exposition \u00e0 l'humidit\u00e9. Il convient de les pr\u00e9chauffer et de les s\u00e9cher compl\u00e8tement avant utilisation ; le creuset de fusion et les outils doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9s afin d'\u00e9liminer toute trace d'humidit\u00e9 avant utilisation. Pour \u00e9liminer les gaz pr\u00e9sents dans l'alliage d'aluminium fondu, l'ensemble de celui-ci doit \u00eatre d\u00e9gaz\u00e9 et affin\u00e9 avant la coul\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6094\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/How-to-Degas.jpg\" alt=\"Comment d\u00e9gazer\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/How-to-Degas.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/How-to-Degas-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Comment d\u00e9gazer ?<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/nitrogen-refining\/\">Raffinage de l'azote<\/a> M\u00e9thode (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9gazage par gaz inerte \u00bb) Principe de base : l\u2019azote p\u00e9n\u00e8tre au fond du bain d\u2019aluminium fondu par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un dispositif de traitement sp\u00e9cifique. Lorsque l\u2019azote remonte du fond du bain d\u2019aluminium fondu sous forme de bulles, il existe une diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne au niveau de l\u2019interface de contact, la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la bulle \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s faible. Lorsque la pression partielle d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne tend \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9quilibrer, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans le bain d\u2019alliage p\u00e9n\u00e8tre en continu dans les bulles. Lorsque les bulles remontent \u00e0 la surface du bain, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne s\u2019\u00e9chappe alors dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re. Tout en remontant, les bulles adsorbent simultan\u00e9ment les scories oxyd\u00e9es et leurs impuret\u00e9s fixes, les faisant remonter ensemble \u00e0 la surface du bain. Le gaz inerte doit \u00eatre condens\u00e9 et d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9 avant utilisation afin d\u2019emp\u00eacher l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans l\u2019aluminium en fusion.
