La dimension de l'\u00e9cartement entre les rouleaux de la buse de coul\u00e9e a une grande influence sur la qualit\u00e9 de la bande lamin\u00e9e \u00e0 chaud. Lors du r\u00e9glage de cet \u00e9cartement, il convient de tenir compte de la dilatation thermique de la buse elle-m\u00eame, de la dilatation qui se produit lorsqu'elle est remplie d'aluminium fondu, du rayon de courbure du film d'oxyde, ainsi que de facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la fusion tels que la tension superficielle du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n

Lorsque l'\u00e9cart entre les rouleaux de la buse est trop faible, la distance entre le rouleau de coul\u00e9e et le embout de roulette<\/a> est trop proche, ce qui favorise la formation de scories sur la buse ; ainsi, les scories d'aluminium forment une fine bande d'aluminium irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re et collante \u00e0 la surface du rouleau dans le sens circonf\u00e9rentiel, et la surface de la bande pr\u00e9sente des lignes irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res correspondant \u00e0 cette phase sur toute sa longueur : ce sont les stries longitudinales.<\/p>\n

Lorsque l'\u00e9cartement des rouleaux de la buse est trop important, le film d'oxyde se rompt et l'oxyde r\u00e9siduel adh\u00e8re au rouleau avant d'\u00eatre entra\u00een\u00e9 dans l'interstice entre les rouleaux de la buse. Le film d'oxyde se retrouve alors coinc\u00e9 entre ces rouleaux, ce qui provoque une micro-compression locale de la buse de coul\u00e9e \u00e0 cet endroit, entra\u00eenant une r\u00e9partition non homog\u00e8ne de la masse fondue et la formation de scories collantes, ce qui entra\u00eene des variations p\u00e9riodiques de la vitesse de solidification de la surface de la bande, ainsi que de l\u2019espacement des dendrites, et la formation de stries longitudinales. Par cons\u00e9quent, un r\u00e9glage ad\u00e9quat de l\u2019\u00e9cartement de la buse joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la qualit\u00e9 du produit.<\/p>\n

\"\u00c9cart<\/p>\n

Le m\u00e9tal en fusion forme un mince film d\u2019oxyde au niveau de la ligne de contact de la buse. Ce film d\u2019oxyde a une forme d\u2019arc. La surface du liquide \u00e9tant courb\u00e9e et ouverte, la tension superficielle de cette surface exerce une certaine force sur le m\u00e9tal en fusion, emp\u00eachant ainsi celui-ci de s\u2019\u00e9chapper par l\u2019interstice entre les rouleaux de la buse. De m\u00eame, le m\u00e9tal en fusion exerce une force de r\u00e9action sur le film d\u2019oxyde, qui correspond \u00e0 la pression statique de la surface du liquide du r\u00e9servoir avant agissant sur la surface du liquide par le biais du transfert de ce dernier. Sous l\u2019effet de l\u2019interaction entre la tension superficielle du film d\u2019oxyde et la pression statique du m\u00e9tal liquide dans le r\u00e9servoir avant, le processus de coul\u00e9e-laminage atteint un \u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
