{"id":6187,"date":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6187"},"modified":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T09:23:23","slug":"refining-efficiency-of-granular-flux","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-efficiency-of-granular-flux\/","title":{"rendered":"Rendement de raffinage du flux granulaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Afin de mieux d\u00e9terminer l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'affinage par flux granulaire, le m\u00eame four de fusion d'aluminium a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi ; une coul\u00e9e d'alliage d'aluminium 6063 a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d'aluminium \u00e9lectrolytique liquide, puis coul\u00e9e sous forme de barres. La premi\u00e8re coul\u00e9e d'alliage d'aluminium 6063 a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise \u00e0 un affinage par pulv\u00e9risation avec <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/granular-refining-agent\/\">agent de raffinage granulaire<\/a>, et la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium 6063 du deuxi\u00e8me four est affin\u00e9e par pulv\u00e9risation \u00e0 l'aide d'un agent d'affinage traditionnel sous forme de poudre ; les barres moul\u00e9es en alliage d'aluminium 6063 ainsi produites sont ensuite compar\u00e9es et analys\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La proc\u00e9dure d'essai comparatif des deux charges est la suivante :<\/p>\n<p>1) Verser de l'aluminium \u00e9lectrolytique pur \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat liquide dans le four de fusion d'aluminium, puis pr\u00e9parer le bain d'alliage en respectant les exigences relatives \u00e0 la teneur en Mg et en Si de l'alliage d'aluminium 6063. La temp\u00e9rature initiale d'affinage est de 740 \u00b0C. La premi\u00e8re coul\u00e9e utilise un agent d'affinage granulaire associ\u00e9 \u00e0 du N\u2082 pour l'affinage par pulv\u00e9risation ; la deuxi\u00e8me coul\u00e9e utilise un agent d'affinage traditionnel sous forme de m\u00e9lange de poudres associ\u00e9 \u00e0 du N\u2082 pour l'affinage par pulv\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n<p>2) La cuve d'affinage \u00e0 pulv\u00e9risation \u00e9lectrique de poudre avec dosage quantitatif sert \u00e0 pulv\u00e9riser l'agent d'affinage sur le bain d'alliage d'aluminium en fusion ; les deux charges du four sont r\u00e9parties entre deux agents d'affinage, la moiti\u00e9 de la dose totale d'affinage \u00e9tant ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque fois, et chaque cycle d'affinage dure 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6188\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Refining-Efficiency-of-Granular-Flux-1.jpg\" alt=\"Rendement de raffinage du flux granulaire\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Refining-Efficiency-of-Granular-Flux-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Refining-Efficiency-of-Granular-Flux-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lors de l'essai, six aspects ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte, notamment la quantit\u00e9 de fum\u00e9es d\u00e9gag\u00e9es par le bain fondu pendant le processus d'affinage, la couleur des cendres de scories d'aluminium, la variation de temp\u00e9rature du bain fondu d'aluminium avant et apr\u00e8s l'affinage, la variation de la teneur en m\u00e9taux alcalins avant et apr\u00e8s l'affinage, l'efficacit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s et la perte au feu de l'aluminium, etc. L'efficacit\u00e9 de l'affinage est compar\u00e9e et analys\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Quantit\u00e9 de fum\u00e9e et d'\u00e9cume produite pendant l'affinage : la coul\u00e9e d'alliage d'aluminium du premier four a \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un agent d'affinage granulaire ; aucune fum\u00e9e notable n'a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e depuis le d\u00e9but de l'affinage jusqu'\u00e0 la fin de celui-ci et du processus de scorification. Au cours du processus d'affinage, il ne brille pas et ne br\u00fble pas ; les scories qui viennent d'\u00eatre retir\u00e9es sont de couleur rouge fonc\u00e9, puis deviennent gris-noir apr\u00e8s refroidissement, ce qui indique que la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium est peu oxyd\u00e9e et peu br\u00fbl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La fonte d\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium du deuxi\u00e8me four est affin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un agent d\u2019affinage traditionnel sous forme de poudre. D\u2019une part, le processus d\u2019affinage, de formation de scories et de refroidissement de celles-ci g\u00e9n\u00e8re syst\u00e9matiquement une grande quantit\u00e9 de fum\u00e9e et de poussi\u00e8re ; d'autre part, en raison de la temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e, l'aluminium fondu subit une violente r\u00e9action d'oxydation et \u00e9met une lumi\u00e8re blanche \u00e9blouissante ; de plus, les scories d'aluminium, une fois refroidies, pr\u00e9sentent une couleur blanc cass\u00e9, ce qui indique que l'aluminium fondu a subi une oxydation et une combustion importantes au cours du processus d'affinage.<\/p>\n<p>L'efficacit\u00e9 de l'agent d'affinage granulaire dans l'\u00e9limination des m\u00e9taux alcalins tels que le Na, le Li et le Ca est tr\u00e8s importante, tandis que l'effet de l'agent d'affinage traditionnel sous forme de m\u00e9lange de poudres sur l'\u00e9limination de ces m\u00e9taux n'est pas \u00e9vident. L'effet d'\u00e9limination des scories du flux de raffinage granulaire est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l'agent de raffinage traditionnel, et la puret\u00e9 des produits en alliage d'aluminium
