{"id":6202,"date":"2020-11-05T02:45:10","date_gmt":"2020-11-05T02:45:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6202"},"modified":"2020-11-05T02:45:10","modified_gmt":"2020-11-05T02:45:10","slug":"metal-additive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/metal-additive\/","title":{"rendered":"Additif m\u00e9tallique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Afin d'am\u00e9liorer les diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de l'aluminium, il est n\u00e9cessaire d'y ajouter divers \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage pour obtenir des alliages de diff\u00e9rentes qualit\u00e9s. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ajout\u00e9s sous forme d'alliage ou de m\u00e9tal pur. Certaines usines de transformation de l'aluminium ont remplac\u00e9 les alliages-m\u00e8res par des additifs m\u00e9talliques. L'exp\u00e9rience montre que les additifs pr\u00e9sentent non seulement tous les avantages des alliages-m\u00e8res, mais qu'ils pallient \u00e9galement certains de leurs inconv\u00e9nients. C'est pourquoi leur utilisation est de plus en plus r\u00e9pandue.<\/p>\n<p>Utilisation d'additifs m\u00e9talliques : apport d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage lors de la fusion d'alliages d'aluminium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages de la fabrication additive m\u00e9tallique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Additifs : aluminium et <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-additives\/\">additifs pour alliages d'aluminium<\/a> sont de loin sup\u00e9rieurs aux alliages-m\u00e8res gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur excellent m\u00e9canisme d\u2019ajout, leur mode d\u2019utilisation pratique, leur rendement stable en \u00e9l\u00e9ments et leurs m\u00e9thodes de production \u00e9conomiques. Ils permettent d\u2019\u00e9viter une temp\u00e9rature de fusion trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, qui r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e de vie du four de fusion, augmente les pertes par combustion de l\u2019aluminium et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage, diminue le rendement de fusion et d\u00e9t\u00e9riore les conditions de travail. Plus grave encore est l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de la composition de l\u2019alliage-ma\u00eetre, qui entra\u00eene une s\u00e9rie de difficult\u00e9s pour le contr\u00f4le de la teneur en \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019alliage par la suite. Pour la plupart des alliages d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 usage civil, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau id\u00e9al pour remplacer les alliages-ma\u00eetres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6204\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Metal-Additive-1.jpg\" alt=\"Additif m\u00e9tallique\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Metal-Additive-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Metal-Additive-1-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilisation des additifs m\u00e9talliques \u00e0 base d'aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les additifs \u00e0 base d'aluminium et de m\u00e9taux peuvent \u00eatre introduits directement dans le four de fusion ou dans le four de maintien, mais ils doivent l'\u00eatre avant l'affinage. Afin d'obtenir le rendement r\u00e9el souhait\u00e9 en \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage, d'autres conditions doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es. Les d\u00e9tails sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<p>En raison du m\u00e9canisme d'ajout de m\u00e9tal pur, le taux d'absorption des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'alliage augmente toujours avec la hausse de la temp\u00e9rature. L'exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les additifs destin\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aluminium et aux alliages d'aluminium sont plus sensibles \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, en particulier le mangan\u00e8se. La temp\u00e9rature de l'aluminium fondu doit \u00eatre maintenue \u00e0 740 \u00b1 10 \u00b0C lors de l'ajout des additifs, faute de quoi le temps d'absorption par le m\u00e9tal sera prolong\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to improve the various properties of aluminum, it is necessary to add various alloying elements to make alloys of different grades.
