Un laboratoire a mis au point un mod\u00e8le physique tridimensionnel et un mod\u00e8le d'\u00e9coulement diphasique pour le m\u00e9canisme de filtration par mousse c\u00e9ramique, et a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des calculs de simulation, ce qui est utile pour nos recherches sur la filtration et la purification de l'aluminium liquide. Cependant, le processus de filtration et de purification de la mousse d\u2019aluminium \u00e0 l\u2019aide de mousses c\u00e9ramiques est tr\u00e8s complexe ; il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement d\u2019un processus complexe impliquant la physico-chimie \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature et la cin\u00e9tique m\u00e9tallurgique.<\/p>\n<p>1. Gr\u00e2ce au tamisage par filtration inertielle et par interception, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 la filtration m\u00e9canique par frottement, s\u00e9dimentation et autres m\u00e9canismes, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de filtration est directement proportionnelle \u00e0 la taille des mailles de la mousse c\u00e9ramique. Plus les mailles sont fines, plus la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019interception des petites particules est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>2. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de particules dans la masse fondue et \u00e0 la surface irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re des parois de la grille de support, la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9tention des particules h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>3. La surface rugueuse form\u00e9e par les interstices \u00e0 la surface de l'\u00e9chafaudage augmente la surface d'interface entre le flux d'aluminium liquide et la surface solide en c\u00e9ramique, ce qui rend la direction d'\u00e9coulement des particules dans le flux d'aluminium liquide plus d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e, ce qui favorise la capture et le d\u00e9p\u00f4t des particules solides.<\/p>\n<p>4. En raison des microfissures et des piq\u00fbres pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 la surface de l'\u00e9chafaudage, des flux fluor\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentant une forte affinit\u00e9 pour des particules telles que l'Al\u2082O\u2083 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9-d\u00e9pos\u00e9s, ce qui a favoris\u00e9 la formation d'une couche de g\u00e2teau de filtration compl\u00e8te et une forte force d'adsorption chimique, et a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 capturer les particules h\u00e9t\u00e9rophasiques retenues.<\/p>\n<p>5. De plus, en raison de l\u2019influence du champ de temp\u00e9rature lors du processus de fusion et de la transmission de la structure du m\u00e9tal en fusion, une diff\u00e9rence de concentration du solut\u00e9 de l\u2019alliage doit se former au fond du creuset. Le m\u00e9tal en fusion est redistribu\u00e9, int\u00e9gr\u00e9, puis \u00e0 nouveau redistribu\u00e9 et int\u00e9gr\u00e9, ce qui constitue \u00e9galement un bon processus d\u2019alliage. Certaines phases et certains compos\u00e9s m\u00e9talliques \u00e0 haut point de fusion se regroupent et se d\u00e9veloppent \u00e0 nouveau, et la fine h\u00e9t\u00e9rophase facilite la filtration et la r\u00e9tention. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne s\u2019explique \u00e9galement par la variation de la concentration des phases H, Al\u2082O\u2083, Fe et Ti avant et apr\u00e8s filtration. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9 dans le cas d\u2019une filtration en deux \u00e9tapes ou d\u2019une filtration sur plaque \u00e9paisse \u00e0 gradient de pores. Par cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 conditions \u00e9gales, la nouvelle plaque filtrante en c\u00e9ramique alv\u00e9ol\u00e9e pr\u00e9sente un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9limination des phases d\u2019impuret\u00e9s dans l\u2019aluminium fondu, et la variation de la diff\u00e9rence de pression statique avant et apr\u00e8s filtration s\u2019accentue avec le temps. La diff\u00e9rence de teneur en H dans l\u2019aluminium fondu avant et apr\u00e8s filtration est \u00e9galement manifeste.
