{"id":6332,"date":"2020-11-11T09:07:12","date_gmt":"2020-11-11T09:07:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6332"},"modified":"2020-11-11T09:07:12","modified_gmt":"2020-11-11T09:07:12","slug":"reduce-casting-losses","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/reduce-casting-losses\/","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9duire les pertes de coul\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Moyens de r\u00e9duire les pertes de coul\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature de l'aluminium liquide<\/p>\n<p>Le point de fusion de l'aluminium est de 660 \u00b0C. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e de l'aluminium primaire est maintenue \u00e0 environ 730 \u00b0C, voire moins. La fluidit\u00e9 des alliages d'aluminium est donc inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'aluminium primaire, se situant entre 710 \u00b0C et 730 \u00b0C environ. Pour une utilisation directe de l'aluminium liquide dans la cellule d'\u00e9lectrolyse, lorsque l'aluminium liquide \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le four de m\u00e9lange, il doit \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 temps avec des mat\u00e9riaux froids, c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'il faut ajouter de l'aluminium de qualit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure, des scories d'aluminium, etc., dans le four de m\u00e9lange et de maintien, ou bien une partie de l\u2019alliage interm\u00e9diaire peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e au four \u00e0 l\u2019avance. Il en r\u00e9sulte un \u00e9tat de fusion sous pression qui permet non seulement d\u2019augmenter le rendement r\u00e9el, mais aussi de r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature. Par ailleurs, la surface du mat\u00e9riau froid ajout\u00e9 doit \u00eatre propre et exempte de traces d\u2019huile, faute de quoi il risque de br\u00fbler, de d\u00e9gager de la chaleur et de favoriser la combustion. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, une r\u00e9duction efficace de la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019aluminium fondu jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de coul\u00e9e correspondante permet de limiter l\u2019impact important de la temp\u00e9rature sur les pertes de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duire l'intensit\u00e9 du contact entre l'aluminium liquide et l'air. Plus l'intensit\u00e9 du contact entre l'aluminium liquide et l'oxyg\u00e8ne est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus les pertes dues \u00e0 l'oxydation sont importantes et plus les pertes de coul\u00e9e sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>1) R\u00e9duire le temps de contact entre l\u2019aluminium liquide et l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne : \u2460 Tout en respectant les exigences de production, transformer l\u2019aluminium liquide pr\u00e9sent dans le four en produits finis aussi rapidement que possible. Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de produire les composants n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la production en cours et d\u2019\u00e9viter que l\u2019aluminium liquide ne reste trop longtemps dans le four ; \u2461 Disposer de mani\u00e8re rationnelle les \u00e9quipements de fusion et de coul\u00e9e afin de raccourcir autant que possible la longueur de la goulotte et de r\u00e9duire ainsi le temps d\u2019exposition de l\u2019aluminium liquide \u00e0 l\u2019air. Parall\u00e8lement, la partie sup\u00e9rieure de la goulotte peut \u00eatre recouverte d\u2019un panneau isolant en silicate d\u2019aluminium, qui pr\u00e9sente un certain effet isolant et permet de r\u00e9duire la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne dans l\u2019 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/casting-launder-2\/\">canal de coul\u00e9e<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6334\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Reduce-Casting-Losses.jpg\" alt=\"R\u00e9duire les pertes de coul\u00e9e\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Reduce-Casting-Losses.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Reduce-Casting-Losses-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, il convient d'\u00e9viter, pour diverses raisons, le stockage prolong\u00e9 de l'aluminium fondu dans le four de m\u00e9lange, afin de r\u00e9duire le temps de contact entre l'aluminium fondu et l'oxyg\u00e8ne et, par l\u00e0 m\u00eame, de limiter les pertes de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>2) Contr\u00f4ler la m\u00e9thode de m\u00e9lange de l'aluminium liquide : qu'il s'agisse d'un m\u00e9lange manuel \u00e0 l'aide d'un grand r\u00e2teau ou d'un m\u00e9lange m\u00e9canique, cette op\u00e9ration est effectu\u00e9e avec la porte du four ouverte, ce qui entra\u00eene non seulement d\u2019importantes fluctuations du niveau de liquide et augmente la surface de contact avec l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne, mais accro\u00eet \u00e9galement la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne dans le four. Cela ne peut qu\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la r\u00e9action chimique susmentionn\u00e9e et augmenter les pertes par combustion. L'agitation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e \u00e0 porte ferm\u00e9e et les fluctuations du niveau de liquide sont faibles, ce qui permet d'\u00e9viter efficacement les inconv\u00e9nients correspondants. Parall\u00e8lement, elle permet \u00e9galement de r\u00e9duire l'humidit\u00e9 de l'air p\u00e9n\u00e9trant dans le four et de diminuer le risque d'absorption d'hydrog\u00e8ne par l'aluminium liquide.<\/p>\n<p>3) Contr\u00f4le de la hauteur des bulles lors de l'affinage de l'aluminium liquide : la m\u00e9thode d'affinage classique consiste \u00e0 saupoudrer manuellement l'agent d'affinage dans le four, puis \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'agitation et \u00e0 l'affinage ; cependant, pour la production de certains alliages, un affinage par soufflage d'azote est n\u00e9cessaire (la dur\u00e9e d'affinage est plus longue, pouvant aller jusqu'\u00e0 30 minutes environ), il se produira in\u00e9vitablement une certaine hauteur de bulles, horizontale sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et verticale vers le haut, ce qui provoquera d\u2019importantes fluctuations de l\u2019aluminium liquide.
