On entend par \u00ab gaz inerte \u00bb un gaz qui ne r\u00e9agit pas avec l'aluminium fondu ni avec l'hydrog\u00e8ne fondu, et qui ne se dissout pas dans l'aluminium fondu ; il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l'azote et de l'argon.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment au principe d\u2019adsorption et d\u2019\u00e9limination des scories dans l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium en fusion, de nombreuses petites bulles se forment apr\u00e8s l\u2019injection d\u2019azote dans l\u2019aluminium en fusion. Ces bulles entrent en contact avec les inclusions d\u2019oxyde pr\u00e9sentes dans l\u2019aluminium en fusion ; celles-ci sont alors adsorb\u00e9es \u00e0 la surface des bulles et remontent \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium en fusion avec ces derni\u00e8res. Les oxydes ainsi amen\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu ne peuvent pas se d\u00e9tacher spontan\u00e9ment de l'oxyg\u00e8ne ni se redissoudre dans le liquide ; ils restent donc \u00e0 la surface de l'aluminium fondu o\u00f9 ils s'accumulent pour \u00eatre ensuite \u00e9limin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6398\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Degassing-of-Hydrogen.jpg\" alt=\"D\u00e9gazage de l&#039;hydrog\u00e8ne\" width=\"400\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Degassing-of-Hydrogen.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Degassing-of-Hydrogen-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la purge au gaz inerte s'effectue \u00e0 l'interface entre les bulles et l'aluminium fondu, seule une quantit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e de mati\u00e8re en fusion peut \u00eatre mise en contact, et le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/slag-removal-flux\/\">\u00e9limination des scories<\/a> L'effet de l'aluminium fondu est limit\u00e9. Afin d'am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 de la purification, plus le nombre de bulles produites par l'injection du gaz raffin\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9, plus le rayon des bulles est petit, plus leur r\u00e9partition est homog\u00e8ne et plus la dur\u00e9e d'injection est longue, meilleur est l'effet de d\u00e9gazage.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9gazage de l'hydrog\u00e8ne repose sur le principe du d\u00e9gazage par diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle. En raison de la diff\u00e9rence de pression partielle d'\u00e9quilibre entre la bulle et l'aluminium fondu, l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans le m\u00e9tal se diffuse en continu dans la bulle. Ce processus ne s'arr\u00eate que lorsque la pression partielle de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans la bulle est \u00e9gale \u00e0 la pression partielle d'\u00e9quilibre de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans l'aluminium fondu. Une fois que les bulles remontent \u00e0 la surface, l'hydrog\u00e8ne qu'elles contiennent s'\u00e9chappe \u00e9galement dans l'atmosph\u00e8re. Par cons\u00e9quent, tant les inclusions oxyd\u00e9es que l\u2019argon sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s lors de la remont\u00e9e des bulles.
