{"id":6420,"date":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","date_gmt":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6420"},"modified":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","modified_gmt":"2020-11-13T07:06:06","slug":"impurity-elements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/impurity-elements\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9 pr\u00e9sents dans les alliages Al-Cu-Mg et Al-Cu-Mn de la s\u00e9rie 2000 sont principalement le Fe, le Si, le Zn, etc. Dans les alliages Al-Cu-Mg dont la teneur en magn\u00e9sium est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1,0%, une teneur en silicium sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,5% peut am\u00e9liorer la vitesse et la r\u00e9sistance du vieillissement artificiel sans affecter la capacit\u00e9 de vieillissement naturel. Le silicium et le magn\u00e9sium formant la phase Mg\u2082Si, cela favorise l\u2019effet de vieillissement artificiel. Cependant, lorsque la teneur en magn\u00e9sium est port\u00e9e \u00e0 1,5%, apr\u00e8s un traitement de trempe suivi d\u2019un vieillissement naturel ou artificiel, la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur de l\u2019alliage diminuent \u00e0 mesure que la teneur en silicium augmente. Par cons\u00e9quent, la teneur en silicium doit \u00eatre aussi faible que possible. De plus, l\u2019augmentation de la teneur en silicium accro\u00eet la tendance des alliages 2A12, 2A06 et autres \u00e0 former des fissures lors de la coul\u00e9e, et r\u00e9duit la plasticit\u00e9 lors du rivetage. C\u2019est pourquoi la teneur en silicium de l\u2019alliage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement limit\u00e9e \u00e0 moins de 0,5%. Pour les alliages n\u00e9cessitant une plasticit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la teneur en silicium doit \u00eatre encore plus faible.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d'impuret\u00e9 Fe et Al forment des compos\u00e9s FeAl\u2083. Le Fe peut \u00e9galement former des compos\u00e9s grossiers avec le Cu, le Mn, le Si et d'autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments. Ces compos\u00e9s ne se dissolvent pas dans la matrice et r\u00e9duisent la plasticit\u00e9 de l'alliage. L'alliage est susceptible de se fissurer lors de la d\u00e9formation. Cela r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l'effet de renforcement. Une faible quantit\u00e9 de Fe (inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,25%) a peu d\u2019effet sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l\u2019alliage ; elle am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la formation de fissures de coul\u00e9e et de soudure, mais r\u00e9duit la vitesse de vieillissement naturel. Afin d\u2019obtenir des mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9sentant une plus grande plasticit\u00e9, la teneur en Fe et en Si de l\u2019alliage doit \u00eatre aussi faible que possible. Une faible quantit\u00e9 de Zn (de 0,11 TP3T \u00e0 0,51 TP3T) a peu d\u2019effet sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante de l\u2019alliage Al-Cu-Mg, mais elle r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance thermique de l\u2019alliage. La teneur en Zn de l\u2019alliage doit \u00eatre limit\u00e9e \u00e0 moins de 0,31 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque la teneur en impuret\u00e9s de fer dans l'alliage Al-Cu-Mn d\u00e9passe 0,45%, une phase insoluble Al\u2087Cu\u2082Fe se forme, ce qui affaiblit les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques de l'alliage \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat tremp\u00e9 et vieilli ainsi que la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue \u00e0 300 \u00b0C ; c'est pourquoi la teneur en Fe est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement limit\u00e9e \u00e0 0,3% ou moins. Une faible quantit\u00e9 de Si (0,4%) n\u2019a pas d\u2019effet notable sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, mais elle r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue \u00e0 300 \u00b0C. Lorsque la teneur en Si d\u00e9passe 0,41 TP3T, elle r\u00e9duit \u00e9galement les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Par cons\u00e9quent, la teneur en Si doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,31 TP3T. Une faible quantit\u00e9 de Zn (0,31 TP3T) n\u2019a aucun effet sur les performances de l\u2019alliage \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, mais elle peut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la diffusion du Cu dans l\u2019Al et r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fatigue de l\u2019alliage \u00e0 300 \u00b0C ; sa teneur est donc g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement maintenue en dessous de 0,11 TP3T.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6324\" src=\"http:\/\/alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum.jpg\" alt=\"Flux pour l&#039;aluminium\" width=\"500\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Fluxes-for-Aluminum-300x240.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Offres AdTech <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/refining-flux\/\">flux de raffinage<\/a>\u00a0pour l'\u00e9limination des gaz et des impuret\u00e9s. Le flux raffin\u00e9 AdTech se pr\u00e9sente sous forme de particules fines, poudreuses, de couleur blanche tirant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vers le gris. Ses principaux composants sont le chlorure et l'ettringite, ainsi que d'autres compos\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s un traitement thermique et un tamisage appropri\u00e9s, il pr\u00e9sente une granulom\u00e9trie uniforme, ce qui facilite son transfert vers la couche inf\u00e9rieure de l'aluminium fondu dans une cuve d'affinage, avec un gaz (N\u2082 ou Ar) comme vecteur. Les transformations physiques et chimiques de l\u2019aluminium fondu entra\u00eenent la formation de nombreuses petites bulles qui entrent en contact total avec le bain d\u2019aluminium fondu, ce qui permet de s\u00e9parer l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne et d\u2019autres gaz nocifs. Parall\u00e8lement, les compos\u00e9s adsorbants et fusibles contenus dans le flux d\u2019affinage peuvent fortement adsorber et fusionner les oxydes et les corps flottants, puis adh\u00e9rer aux bulles ; ils sont ainsi amen\u00e9s \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019aluminium fondu \u00e0 mesure que les bulles remontent, permettant ainsi le d\u00e9gazage et la formation de scories.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The impurity elements in 2000 series Al-Cu-Mg and Al-Cu-Mn alloys are mainly Fe, Si, Zn and so on.
