{"id":6427,"date":"2020-11-14T08:16:12","date_gmt":"2020-11-14T08:16:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6427"},"modified":"2020-11-13T09:33:33","modified_gmt":"2020-11-13T09:33:33","slug":"alkali-metals-in-aluminum-melt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/alkali-metals-in-aluminum-melt\/","title":{"rendered":"Les m\u00e9taux alcalins dans l'aluminium fondu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux pr\u00e9sents dans l'aluminium fondu proviennent principalement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments alcalins et alcalino-terreux issus du processus d'\u00e9lectrolyse de l'aluminium, tels que le Na, le Li, le Ca, etc., ainsi que des fondants utilis\u00e9s dans la fabrication des alliages d'aluminium. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-fluxes\/\">Flux pour alliages d'aluminium<\/a> sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compos\u00e9s de m\u00e9taux alcalins et de m\u00e9taux alcalino-terreux. Les principaux composants des chlorures et des fluorures sont le KCl, le NaCl, le NaF, le CaF, le Na\u2083AlF\u2086, le Na\u2082SiF\u2086, etc. Une fois le fondant de raffinage de l'aluminium utilis\u00e9, les m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux susmentionn\u00e9s restent dans la masse fondue.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons l'exemple du sodium, un m\u00e9tal alcalin. Le sodium est pratiquement insoluble dans l\u2019aluminium, et sa solubilit\u00e9 maximale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat solide est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,0025%. Dans un alliage Al-Mg, lorsque la teneur en magn\u00e9sium d\u00e9passe 2%, le magn\u00e9sium prive le silicium de ses atomes et lib\u00e8re du sodium libre. Le sodium se solidifie au cours du processus de solidification. Pr\u00e9sent aux joints de grains, il retrouve son \u00e9tat libre au cours du processus de d\u00e9formation plastique en raison de son faible point de fusion et constitue ainsi une source de fissures. \u00c0 mesure que la d\u00e9formation s\u2019intensifie, ces fissures convergent pour former des fissures, ce qui correspond au ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne dit de \u201c fragilit\u00e9 au sodium \u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Le calcium pr\u00e9sent dans un alliage d'aluminium forme, avec l'aluminium, de nouvelles phases : CaAl\u2084 et CaAl\u2082. La formation de ces nouvelles phases favorise la r\u00e9duction des phases de renforcement dans l'alliage d'aluminium. Par exemple, lorsque la phase CaAl\u2084 est pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium, la phase de renforcement \u03b8 (CuAl\u2082) diminue, et la duret\u00e9 de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium apr\u00e8s un traitement de vieillissement en solution diminue \u00e9galement. D\u2019un point de vue microstructural, la phase CaAl\u2084 pr\u00e9sente une structure t\u00e9tragonale \u00e0 r\u00e9seau centr\u00e9. En raison de la proximit\u00e9 entre la constante de r\u00e9seau et le rayon atomique du cuivre, le cuivre pr\u00e9sent dans la phase \u03b8 peut remplacer l\u2019aluminium dans la phase CaAl\u2084 pour former une nouvelle phase composite, ce qui renforce la r\u00e9duction de la phase de renforcement. Lorsque la teneur en calcium atteint 1,21 TP3T, les atomes de cuivre remplacent deux atomes d\u2019aluminium dans la phase CaAl\u2082 pour former une nouvelle phase composite. Ce nouveau compos\u00e9 ne se dissout pas dans la matrice d\u2019aluminium et ne peut pas subir de renforcement par pr\u00e9cipitation. Le calcium pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium r\u00e9duit la duret\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat brut de coul\u00e9e, et lorsque la teneur en calcium augmente, la duret\u00e9 de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium apr\u00e8s traitement thermique diminue \u00e9galement. De plus, lorsque la teneur en Ca, \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u2019impuret\u00e9 nuisible, dans la masse fondue d\u2019aluminium est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, la fluidit\u00e9 de la masse fondue de l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium s\u2019en trouve r\u00e9duite, ce qui favorise la formation d\u2019inclusions d\u2019air, de micro-trous ou de porosit\u00e9s. Dans les cas les plus graves, des compos\u00e9s de s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation durs et cassants se forment, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation significative du taux de rebut des pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es et une diminution de l\u2019effet de renforcement par traitement thermique des alliages d\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s les rapports disponibles, la m\u00e9thode permettant d'\u00e9liminer les m\u00e9taux alcalins de l'aluminium fondu consiste \u00e0 utiliser un four de maintien<br \/>\nLe chlore, les agents d'affinage contenant du chlore (tels que l'hexachloro\u00e9thane, le t\u00e9trachlorure de carbone, etc.) ou les agents d'affinage contenant du fluorure sont utilis\u00e9s pour l'affinage de la masse fondue. Cependant, lors de l'utilisation de chlore, de chlorure ou de fluorure, du chlore gazeux s'\u00e9chappe de la masse d'aluminium fondue ; du chlore gazeux et du fluorure d'hydrog\u00e8ne sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9action avec les m\u00e9taux alcalins ; l'hexachloro\u00e9thane et le t\u00e9trachlorure de carbone se gaz\u00e9ifient sous l'effet de la chaleur. La production de gaz de carbone endommage gravement le rev\u00eatement du four et r\u00e9duit sa dur\u00e9e de vie. Deuxi\u00e8mement, cela entra\u00eene des risques professionnels pour les op\u00e9rateurs de production.<\/p>\n<p>Une m\u00e9thode \u00e9cologique et efficace d'\u00e9limination des m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux est mise en \u0153uvre par r\u00e9action de substitution. Le principe de base consiste \u00e0 exploiter les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques des m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux, en fonction de leur ordre d'activit\u00e9, et \u00e0 ajouter d'autres sels m\u00e9talliques contenant des cations relativement inactifs, puis \u00e0 les \u00e9liminer par d'autres m\u00e9thodes physiques. Prenons l'exemple de l'\u00e9limination du Na dans les alliages contenant du magn\u00e9sium : celle-ci est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par la r\u00e9action de substitution entre le MgCl\u2082 et le Na \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire. La formule de r\u00e9action de base est la suivante :<br \/>\nMgCl\u2082 + 2Na = 2NaCl + Mg<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l'heure actuelle, les alliages haute performance \u00e9voluent vers des dimensions plus importantes, et les exigences en mati\u00e8re de taille des brames coul\u00e9es ne cessent d'augmenter. Les gaz r\u00e9siduels, les impuret\u00e9s, les scories et les m\u00e9taux alcalins et alcalino-terreux pr\u00e9sents dans la masse fondue d'alliage d'aluminium auront un impact plus n\u00e9faste lors
