{"id":6574,"date":"2020-11-19T08:54:02","date_gmt":"2020-11-19T08:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=6574"},"modified":"2020-11-19T08:54:02","modified_gmt":"2020-11-19T08:54:02","slug":"aluminum-alloy-melting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminum-alloy-melting\/","title":{"rendered":"Fusion d'alliages d'aluminium"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La relation entre l'aluminium et l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans le processus de fusion des alliages d'aluminium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'alliage d'aluminium a tendance \u00e0 absorber des gaz lorsqu'il se trouve \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat liquide. Les gaz absorb\u00e9s proviennent principalement de deux sources. D'une part, il s'agit des gaz contenus dans l'aluminium \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat brut. D'autre part, ils sont introduits lors de l'utilisation de diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes de fusion. Le gaz absorb\u00e9 dans le four, l'humidit\u00e9 et les graisses qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la charge du four en provenance de l'air humide de l'environnement ambiant, le d\u00e9sa\u00e9rateur non s\u00e9ch\u00e9, ainsi que l'humidit\u00e9 absorb\u00e9e lors de la fusion. Des recherches exp\u00e9rimentales montrent que l'hydrog\u00e8ne est le gaz le plus pr\u00e9sent dans l'absorption des alliages d'aluminium ; c'est donc l'hydrog\u00e8ne qui constitue la cible principale du d\u00e9gazage.<\/p>\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans l\u2019alliage d\u2019aluminium augmente avec la temp\u00e9rature de chauffage de l\u2019aluminium fondu. L\u2019absorption d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne commence \u00e0 environ 600 \u00b0C et augmente progressivement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 750 \u00b0C. Il convient de d\u00e9passer 750 \u00b0C pour \u00e9viter l\u2019absorption de grandes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. L\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne se dissout dans le mucus et forme une \u201c phase liquide \u201d avec l\u2019aluminium. Lors de la solidification, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne s\u2019\u00e9chappe sans se dissoudre dans l\u2019aluminium. Cependant, comme la surface de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e se solidifie en premier, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne ne peut pas s\u2019\u00e9chapper ; il reste donc dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e et forme des pores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Agent de d\u00e9gazage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L'objectif de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/aluminium-refining-agent\/\">agent de d\u00e9gazage<\/a> est d'\u00e9liminer l'hydrog\u00e8ne absorb\u00e9 dans la solution d'alliage d'aluminium, d'emp\u00eacher la formation de pores \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e et d'affiner la structure cristalline. Les agents de d\u00e9gazage peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : les agents de d\u00e9gazage solides et les agents de d\u00e9gazage gazeux. Il absorbe fortement l'hydrog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sent dans l'aluminium en fusion. Parall\u00e8lement, l'aluminium et ses alliages en fusion sont contamin\u00e9s par l'oxyde d'aluminium, ce qui entra\u00eene une forte d\u00e9gradation de leurs performances. L'alumine n'est pas soluble dans l'aluminium fondu, mais elle r\u00e9duit la fluidit\u00e9 de l'alliage, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de pores, de fissures et de d\u00e9fauts de surface dans les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es, r\u00e9duisant ainsi leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et leurs caract\u00e9ristiques d'usinage.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9unir les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l'obtention d'un alliage d'aluminium relativement pur, il convient tout d'abord d'utiliser une charge s\u00e8che et exempte d'impuret\u00e9s. L'humidit\u00e9 et les produits de corrosion pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la surface du m\u00e9tal constituent la principale cause de contamination de l'alliage due \u00e0 l'oxydation. Lors de la fusion, l'oxydation de l'alliage d'aluminium r\u00e9sulte de l'interaction avec l'atmosph\u00e8re \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du four. Plus la temp\u00e9rature de l'alliage liquide est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le degr\u00e9 d'oxydation est intense. Par cons\u00e9quent, de bonnes conditions de fusion constituent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important pour pr\u00e9venir l'oxydation de l'alliage d'aluminium lorsque celui-ci n'est pas
