En raison de sa grande efficacit\u00e9 dans l'\u00e9limination des impuret\u00e9s, de son faible co\u00fbt et de sa simplicit\u00e9 d'utilisation, le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de purification par flux est devenu un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de purification couramment utilis\u00e9 dans la production d'alliages de magn\u00e9sium.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, la purification par fondant pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement des inconv\u00e9nients, tels qu'une perte accrue de m\u00e9tal, la pr\u00e9sence d'inclusions de fondant, l'impossibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9gazer, etc. En particulier, lors de la fusion et de l'affinage d'alliages de magn\u00e9sium aux terres rares, le fondant consomme \u00e9galement une grande quantit\u00e9 d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments de terres rares pr\u00e9sents dans l'alliage.<\/p>\n<p>Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de purification sans flux permet non seulement de pallier les lacunes du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de purification avec flux, mais offre \u00e9galement un excellent rendement de purification ; il s'agit donc d'un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 important de purification de la masse fondue, actuellement utilis\u00e9 et en cours de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Diverses technologies de purification sans flux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises au point, telles que la purification par filtration, la purification par pulv\u00e9risation centrifuge, la purification \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique et le traitement par ultrasons.
