Par cons\u00e9quent, la propret\u00e9 de la masse fondue devient un indicateur de sa qualit\u00e9. On distingue deux grands types d\u2019impuret\u00e9s : les \u00e9l\u00e9ments dissous et les particules en suspension. La source des impuret\u00e9s peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9e au m\u00e9tal d'origine, aux diff\u00e9rentes op\u00e9rations de traitement de la masse fondue, ainsi qu'\u00e0 l'interaction du m\u00e9tal en fusion avec les mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9fractaires et l'environnement. Fondamentalement, la qualit\u00e9 de la masse fondue peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en \u00e9liminant les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments alcalins, l'hydrog\u00e8ne et les inclusions. Diverses technologies, telles que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/online-aluminum-degassing-equipment\/\">\u00e9quipements de d\u00e9gazage en ligne<\/a>, des flux pour fours et des \u00e9quipements de filtration en lit profond, ainsi que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filters-for-casting\/\">filtres en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a>, peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler la teneur en impuret\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, deux types de filtration sont largement utilis\u00e9s dans l'industrie : la filtration sur lit profond et la filtration sur g\u00e2teau de filtration.<\/p>\n<p>Le filtre \u00e0 lit profond repose sur le parcours sinueux que doit suivre la masse fondue. L'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration est inversement proportionnelle \u00e0 la taille des particules du filtre et directement proportionnelle \u00e0 la profondeur du lit filtrant. Les inclusions se d\u00e9posent \u00e0 la fois sur les particules et dans les interstices entre les \u00e9l\u00e9ments filtrants. Elles peuvent se r\u00e9partir dans une partie ou dans l'ensemble de l'espace filtrant. Par cons\u00e9quent, le filtre dispose d\u2019une grande surface de contact pour retenir les inclusions et peut pi\u00e9ger des particules dont la taille est bien inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des pores du lit filtrant.<\/p>\n<p>Le processus de filtration d\u00e9crit ici ne se limite pas \u00e0 une simple s\u00e9paration physique, telle que le criblage et la s\u00e9paration, mais comprend \u00e9galement la filtration \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu, qui est un processus de transport continu en deux \u00e9tapes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un premier temps, sous l'effet d'un d\u00e9bit important de fluide, les inclusions sont transport\u00e9es vers la surface du filtre. Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, les inclusions sont retenues sous l'effet des forces d'interface ou des forces de surface.<\/li>\n<li>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, dans le cadre d'un traitement par flottation, la r\u00e9tention des particules dans le filtre peut r\u00e9sulter de l'impact, de l'interception, de la s\u00e9dimentation, de la diffusion et d'effets hydrodynamiques. Si l'on souhaite maintenir un d\u00e9bit constant, les particules s'accumulent (ou r\u00e9duisent la porosit\u00e9), la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement augmente, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation de la perte de charge et, par cons\u00e9quent, une augmentation de la vitesse interstitielle. En cons\u00e9quence, la r\u00e9sistance exerc\u00e9e sur les particules en contact ou sur celles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 captur\u00e9es augmentera. Comme les particules risquent de ne pas pouvoir adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 la surface du filtre en raison de cette r\u00e9sistance accrue, m\u00eame si elles parviennent \u00e0 entrer en contact, cela peut entra\u00eener une baisse de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019adh\u00e9rence. De m\u00eame, si la force d\u2019adh\u00e9rence est surmont\u00e9e, la r\u00e9sistance accrue peut entra\u00eener la lib\u00e9ration de particules pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment captur\u00e9es. Les particules d\u00e9tach\u00e9es d\u2019un endroit peuvent \u00eatre recaptur\u00e9es en aval du filtre ou, dans le pire des cas, lib\u00e9r\u00e9es dans le m\u00e9tal liquide filtr\u00e9.
