La plaque filtrante en mousse c\u00e9ramique est constitu\u00e9e d'agr\u00e9gats c\u00e9ramiques fritt\u00e9s ou d'une plaque de carbone poreuse. Le filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique pr\u00e9sente une structure \u00e0 pores ouverts, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par le fait qu\u2019une multitude de vides interconnect\u00e9s sont entour\u00e9s par le maillage du mat\u00e9riau c\u00e9ramique. La perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air du filtre en c\u00e9ramique est comprise entre 400 et 8 000 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2077 cm\u00b2, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence entre 400 et 2 500 \u00d7 10 -7 cm\u00b2, sa porosit\u00e9 est comprise entre 0,80 et 0,95, et chaque trou mesure entre 5 et 45 pouces lin\u00e9aires, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence entre 20 et 45 trous par pouce lin\u00e9aire. Le d\u00e9bit du m\u00e9tal en fusion \u00e0 travers le filtre doit \u00eatre compris entre 5 et 50 pouces cubes par pouce carr\u00e9 de surface de filtration par minute.<\/p>\n<p>Le filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique est peu co\u00fbteux et \u00e0 usage unique. De plus, il s'av\u00e8re \u00e9tonnamment efficace pour filtrer les m\u00e9taux en fusion, en particulier l'aluminium, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt, offrant ainsi une efficacit\u00e9 de filtration surprenante et une grande flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-foam-filter-suppliers\/\">filtre en mousse c\u00e9ramique<\/a> est constitu\u00e9 d'un mat\u00e9riau en mousse souple \u00e0 cellules ouvertes comportant une pluralit\u00e9 de vides interconnect\u00e9s entour\u00e9s d'un r\u00e9seau de ce m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau en mousse souple, tel que de la mousse de polyur\u00e9thane ou de la mousse de cellulose. On pr\u00e9pare une suspension c\u00e9ramique aqueuse, puis on impr\u00e8gne le mat\u00e9riau alv\u00e9olaire avec cette suspension c\u00e9ramique, ce qui permet d\u2019en recouvrir la nappe de fibres et, pour l\u2019essentiel, de remplir les vides. Le mat\u00e9riau impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 est comprim\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019une partie de la suspension s\u2019\u00e9coule et que le reste soit r\u00e9parti uniform\u00e9ment dans tout le mat\u00e9riau alv\u00e9olaire. Le mat\u00e9riau en mousse enrob\u00e9 est ensuite s\u00e9ch\u00e9 et chauff\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer d\u2019abord la matrice organique souple, puis le rev\u00eatement c\u00e9ramique est fritt\u00e9, ce qui permet d\u2019obtenir une mousse c\u00e9ramique fusionn\u00e9e comportant une pluralit\u00e9 de vides interconnect\u00e9s, constitu\u00e9s de c\u00e9ramique li\u00e9e ou fusionn\u00e9e, entour\u00e9s d\u2019un r\u00e9seau et pr\u00e9sentant une structure alv\u00e9olaire. Mousse souple. Naturellement, divers mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques peuvent \u00eatre choisis en fonction du m\u00e9tal sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 utiliser, et un m\u00e9lange d\u2019oxyde d\u2019aluminium et d\u2019oxyde de chrome peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, ces mat\u00e9riaux peuvent bien s\u00fbr \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s seuls ou en combinaison avec d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques. Parmi les autres mat\u00e9riaux c\u00e9ramiques typiques pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s, on peut citer la zircone, la magn\u00e9sie, le dioxyde de titane, le dioxyde de silicium et leurs m\u00e9langes. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la suspension contient environ 10 \u00e0 40% d'eau et un ou plusieurs agents rh\u00e9ologiques, liants ou agents de prise \u00e0 l'air.<\/p>\n<p>Les plaques filtrantes en mousse c\u00e9ramique peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es facilement dans diverses configurations, notamment dans les bacs de d\u00e9versement, les goulottes de d\u00e9versement, les goulottes de transfert, les becs verseurs et les goulottes de traitement des m\u00e9taux. Le filtre ne doit pas \u00eatre plac\u00e9 dans un \u00e9coulement turbulent, en particulier \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate du flux de m\u00e9tal en fusion, car une telle turbulence entra\u00eene la formation et l'entra\u00eenement d'oxydes. Cela vaut aussi bien pour la turbulence en amont qu'en aval du filtre.<\/p>\n<p>Associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l'entra\u00eenement d'oxydes, la turbulence en amont du filtre a tendance \u00e0 provoquer une canalisation du flux \u00e0 travers celui-ci, ce qui r\u00e9duit l'efficacit\u00e9 de filtration et, dans les cas les plus graves, entra\u00eene un colmatage pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 du filtre. En aval de l'\u00e9coulement turbulent, le filtre aura tendance \u00e0 bien filtrer, mais sera \u00e0 nouveau expos\u00e9 \u00e0 un m\u00e9lange de mati\u00e8re en fusion et d'oxydes. Les sources de turbulence les plus courantes sont les trous de coul\u00e9e des fours, les becs de coul\u00e9e et d'autres endroits provoquant des variations rapides de la section transversale de l'\u00e9coulement.<\/p>\n<p>Bien entendu, le choix d'un filtre sp\u00e9cifique doit \u00eatre m\u00fbrement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi afin de s'assurer qu'il ne devienne pas une source suppl\u00e9mentaire de turbulence. Bien entendu, les consid\u00e9rations relatives \u00e0 la turbulence \u00e9voqu\u00e9es ci-dessus s'appliquent tout particuli\u00e8rement aux m\u00e9taux chimiquement actifs tels que l'aluminium.
