L'hydrog\u00e8ne peut \u00eatre inhal\u00e9 par le biais de l'humidit\u00e9 ou de la vapeur d'eau pr\u00e9sente dans l'atmosph\u00e8re. Ces pores se pr\u00e9sentent sous la forme de petits trous d'\u00e9pingle dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e, ce qui nuit aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et physiques du produit final. Le d\u00e9gazage en fonderie permet de r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me et fait partie int\u00e9grante du processus de moulage.<\/p>\n<p>L'aluminium est l'un des m\u00e9taux les plus utilis\u00e9s dans l'industrie en raison de son excellent rapport poids\/r\u00e9sistance. Cependant, c'est \u00e9galement un m\u00e9tal tr\u00e8s r\u00e9actif qui dissout activement l'hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e8s qu'il entre en contact avec celui-ci. Au cours du processus de coul\u00e9e, l'hydrog\u00e8ne peut s'introduire de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res : par l'humidit\u00e9 atmosph\u00e9rique, par l'humidit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente dans la poche de coul\u00e9e ou le moule, voire dans le four.<\/p>\n<p>L'hydrog\u00e8ne est soluble dans l'aluminium \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat fondu. Cependant, lorsque le m\u00e9tal refroidit et se solidifie, ce gaz cr\u00e9e des pores (petits trous) dans la pi\u00e8ce moul\u00e9e. La taille de ces trous varie en fonction de la composition de l'alliage et des conditions de solidification.<\/p>\n<h2>Technologie de d\u00e9gazage pour la fonderie<\/h2>\n<p>Ce probl\u00e8me peut \u00eatre r\u00e9solu en recourant \u00e0 une technique de d\u00e9gazage avant la coul\u00e9e. L'une des m\u00e9thodes les plus efficaces utilis\u00e9es est celle qui consiste \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/rotary-degasser\/\">d\u00e9gazeur rotatif<\/a>. Le dispositif de d\u00e9gazage rotatif est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une turbine rotative, qui permet d'introduire des bulles d'azote dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion. La dur\u00e9e du d\u00e9gazage d\u00e9pend de divers facteurs, notamment du choix de l'alliage d'aluminium et de la temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9tal en fusion.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9gazage de l'aluminium repose sur le principe suivant : l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous se d\u00e9place d'une zone \u00e0 forte concentration (dans la masse fondue) vers une zone \u00e0 faible concentration (dans le gaz inerte). L'hydrog\u00e8ne se disperse dans le m\u00e9tal fondu, tout comme il se lib\u00e8re dans n'importe quel espace confin\u00e9. Sa concentration reste constante dans toute la masse fondue. La vitesse de migration de l'hydrog\u00e8ne dans le m\u00e9tal liquide est presque aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e que dans l'air. Il n'est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire que chaque once de m\u00e9tal soit en contact avec le gaz inerte.
