Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins, AdTech a con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 des machines de d\u00e9gazage rotatives en ligne, adapt\u00e9es aux exigences du d\u00e9gazage par gaz inerte ou actif dans les raffineries et les fonderies. Le d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie de d\u00e9gazage rotatif a permis des avanc\u00e9es majeures en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9gazage automatis\u00e9, efficace et \u00e9conomique. Le principe de ces <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/rotary-degassing-machines\/\">machines de d\u00e9gazage rotatives<\/a>\u00a0Cela n\u00e9cessite que le rotor soit capable de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de tr\u00e8s petites bulles de gaz inerte, r\u00e9parties de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne et uniforme dans tout le bain de fusion.<\/p>\n<h2>Technologie de d\u00e9gazage rotatif<\/h2>\n<p>La technologie de d\u00e9gazage rotatif \u00e9limine ces composants ind\u00e9sirables en faisant barboter un gaz, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l'azote, dans le m\u00e9tal en fusion. Le gaz est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement introduit par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'un rotor de d\u00e9gazage, qui r\u00e9duit la taille des bulles et disperse l'azote dans tout le bain de m\u00e9tal en fusion. \u00c0 mesure que les bulles ainsi g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es remontent \u00e0 travers la masse de m\u00e9tal en fusion, elles absorbent l'hydrog\u00e8ne dissous dans le m\u00e9tal et l'\u00e9liminent de la masse fondue.
