Il s'agit du canal qui permet au liquide d'aluminium \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature de s'\u00e9couler sans \u00e0-coups dans la chambre de pression. Un transfert en douceur est essentiel pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 de la masse fondue, car toute turbulence entra\u00eene la formation d'oxydes dans l'aluminium en fusion. Le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-launder\/\">syst\u00e8me de lavage<\/a> permet d'\u00e9liminer toute forme d'agitation \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n<p>La goulotte pour aluminium fondu permet de conserver la chaleur de l'aluminium fondu et d'\u00e9conomiser de l'\u00e9nergie. Elle se caract\u00e9rise par un chauffage en douceur, un couvercle pneumatique, une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite, un contr\u00f4le rigoureux de la temp\u00e9rature et une conception ing\u00e9nieuse r\u00e9sistante au feu. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques permettent de maintenir l'aluminium fondu \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature optimale, d'\u00e9liminer les pertes de chaleur et d'utiliser la conductivit\u00e9 thermique propre au m\u00e9tal pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantage du canal de coul\u00e9e pour m\u00e9tal en fusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal garantie par la r\u00e9duction au minimum des turbulences et des oxydes.<\/li>\n<li>Tr\u00e8s bien isol\u00e9 : maintient la temp\u00e9rature.<\/li>\n<li>Facile \u00e0 nettoyer.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire la demande en \u00e9quipements de transport d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire les besoins en main-d'\u0153uvre et l'entretien des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire les pertes de m\u00e9tal en fusion dues aux turbulences \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de la poche de coul\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de goulottes est enti\u00e8rement ignifuge \u00e0 sa sortie d'usine et a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9-assembl\u00e9 sur le plan m\u00e9canique et \u00e9lectrique. Conform\u00e9ment au sch\u00e9ma d'implantation, chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment est scell\u00e9 et boulonn\u00e9 aux autres. Il suffit ensuite de remplir les joints d'une petite quantit\u00e9 de mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire afin d'optimiser l'isolation. Il n'y a aucun risque de fuite.<\/p>\n<p>La goulotte de coul\u00e9e permet d'\u00e9liminer les co\u00fbts li\u00e9s au mat\u00e9riel et \u00e0 la main-d'\u0153uvre, ainsi que les risques inh\u00e9rents au transfert de l'aluminium en fusion du four de fusion vers trois fours de maintien \u00e0 l'aide de chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs et de poches de transfert. La goulotte de coul\u00e9e maintient \u00e9galement l'aluminium en fusion \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de consigne jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il atteigne le four de maintien, ce qui signifie qu'aucune perte de temp\u00e9rature ne se produit pendant le transfert.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, le syst\u00e8me de coul\u00e9e par canal permet de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie en supprimant deux \u00e9tapes de coul\u00e9e : l'une entre le four de fusion et la poche de transport, et l'autre entre la poche de transport et le four de maintien.
