Il permet de transf\u00e9rer en douceur le m\u00e9tal vers le haut et hors du four gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un l\u00e9ger tourbillon. Un syst\u00e8me de goulottes int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et l\u00e9ger achemine ce m\u00e9tal en \u00e9coulement vers les op\u00e9rations en aval. Le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e8re environ 50% de scories en moins par rapport aux pompes de transfert conventionnelles, ce qui se traduit par des \u00e9conomies significatives et une meilleure qualit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de goulottes chauff\u00e9es permettent de r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature du four, d'en prolonger la dur\u00e9e de vie et de diminuer les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. Ils servent \u00e0 maintenir le m\u00e9tal \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature pendant son transfert ; le couvercle de la goulotte chauff\u00e9e permet de r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature de celle-ci. De plus, le syst\u00e8me de goulottes chauff\u00e9es maintient les surfaces r\u00e9fractaires \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature, \u00e9vitant ainsi tout choc thermique au niveau du mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire. Le syst\u00e8me permet \u00e9galement de pr\u00e9chauffer la cuve avant l'introduction du m\u00e9tal liquide, ce qui permet de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature du m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p>Notre syst\u00e8me de transfert par goulottes r\u00e9fractaires permet aux fabricants de se passer du pr\u00e9chauffage. Les goulottes r\u00e9fractaires pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9e.
