{"id":7710,"date":"2021-01-22T09:13:47","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T09:13:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/?p=7710"},"modified":"2021-01-22T09:23:33","modified_gmt":"2021-01-22T09:23:33","slug":"launder-heating-system","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/launder-heating-system\/","title":{"rendered":"Syst\u00e8me de chauffage de la buanderie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le rev\u00eatement de la goulotte comprend un rev\u00eatement m\u00e9tallique, tel qu'une enveloppe en acier ; au moins une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique, dispos\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 chauffer la partie inf\u00e9rieure du syst\u00e8me de chauffage de la goulotte ; et une couche isolante destin\u00e9e \u00e0 emp\u00eacher la perte de chaleur par rayonnement \u00e0 travers l'enveloppe m\u00e9tallique. La ou les r\u00e9sistances de chauffage sont situ\u00e9es au-dessus du canal d'\u00e9coulement de la goulotte, de sorte que la chaleur d\u00e9gag\u00e9e par les r\u00e9sistances rayonne pratiquement sans obstruction sur le m\u00e9tal s'\u00e9coulant au fond de la goulotte et sur le rev\u00eatement r\u00e9fractaire. En \u00e9tat de fonctionnement, les r\u00e9sistances \u00e9lectriques sont chauff\u00e9es \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 1 100 et 1 300 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>L'isolation thermique est de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence constitu\u00e9e de laine c\u00e9ramique, l'isolation pouvant comporter une ou plusieurs couches de rev\u00eatement. La laine isolante pr\u00e9sente dans le rev\u00eatement et la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alalloycasting.com\/fr\/ceramic-launder\/\">goulotte en c\u00e9ramique<\/a> est de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence constitu\u00e9e de laine de silicate d'aluminium, de laine de silicate de magn\u00e9sium ou de laine d'oxyde d'aluminium, qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sistances chauffantes sont suffisamment \u00e9paisses, ce qui limite au minimum tout glissement ou d\u00e9formation dus \u00e0 la chaleur. La r\u00e9sistance chauffante se pr\u00e9sente de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sous la forme d\u2019une tige ou d\u2019un tube m\u00e9tallique de section circulaire. Une ou plusieurs r\u00e9sistances chauffantes peuvent \u00eatre dispos\u00e9es dans le couvercle de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9tendre c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te dans le sens longitudinal de la goulotte de coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sistances sont de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence choisies de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que leur tension de fonctionnement se situe dans ce qu'on appelle la plage de tension de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sistances sont de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence mont\u00e9es dans la partie de couverture sur ce qu\u2019on appelle des traverses de support, qui sont dispos\u00e9es dans le sens longitudinal de la goulotte r\u00e9fractaire, transversalement sous les r\u00e9sistances. Les traverses de support peuvent \u00eatre des tiges ou des tubes m\u00e9talliques recouverts d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9fractaire c\u00e9ramique.<\/p>\n<p>La partie de recouvrement recouvre une partie du syst\u00e8me de chauffage de la goulotte. Le recouvrement et la goulotte superpos\u00e9s forment un canal de goulotte. \u00c0 l'endroit o\u00f9 le canal de coul\u00e9e se termine \u00e0 son extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure, c'est-\u00e0-dire du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du flux de m\u00e9tal entrant, une ouverture est form\u00e9e, \u00e0 travers laquelle les gaz sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s par effet de chemin\u00e9e depuis l'espace situ\u00e9 entre la goulotte et le couvercle.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la conception de la goulotte, un br\u00fbleur \u00e0 gaz ou un ventilateur \u00e0 gaz chaud est install\u00e9 \u00e0 cet endroit, cr\u00e9ant une pression de stagnation destin\u00e9e \u00e0 limiter ou \u00e0 emp\u00eacher l'\u00e9coulement de gaz s'\u00e9chappant de la goulotte. Le gaz chaud provenant du br\u00fbleur ou du ventilateur est dirig\u00e9 vers l'ouverture situ\u00e9e entre le couvercle et la partie inf\u00e9rieure, ce qui permet d'optimiser l'effet de la pression de stagnation. Le combustible utilis\u00e9 par le br\u00fbleur peut \u00eatre, par exemple, du gaz naturel ou du gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9. Le br\u00fbleur \u00e0 gaz chaud peut m\u00eame \u00eatre chauff\u00e9 \u00e9lectriquement.<\/p>\n<p>La puissance du br\u00fbleur ou du ventilateur est r\u00e9gul\u00e9e \u00e0 l'aide d'un thermocouple install\u00e9 \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du canal de la goulotte. Le thermocouple indique la temp\u00e9rature de l'espace gaz \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du canal de la goulotte ainsi que l'effet de refroidissement de l'air froid s'\u00e9coulant dans ce canal. Dans la construction de la goulotte selon l\u2019invention, un dispositif de r\u00e9gulation de la puissance des r\u00e9sistances chauffantes peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9vu pour emp\u00eacher la surchauffe de ces derni\u00e8res. Le mat\u00e9riau d\u2019isolation thermique de la goulotte sert \u00e0 limiter ses pertes thermiques \u00e0 un niveau tel que la temp\u00e9rature de la r\u00e9sistance chauffante ne d\u00e9passe pas
